Suddenly after some updates were run early last week, the account (kotharidhruv [at] microsoft [dot] com) which I was using by PIN got locked and inspite of trying out the passwords many times I am unable to unlock my Laptop (Lenovo Model) and I am unable to access my many critical data stored therein in C;Drive as it is showing as Bit Locker Key needed. Kindly provide the Bit Locker Key or send the link to unlock this account to my above stated gmail id. Kindly treat this as VERY URGENT.

I have purchased a lenovo laptop few months back two days ago it was not working so i have called the lenovo service centre and they send an engineer he replaced the motherboard. Now when I am opening the Microsoft Word it is saying to activate it and when I am logging in my Microsoft account it saying that no two device can have the same product. It is considering my first motherboard as a first device and replaced motherboard as second device. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

I purchased microsoft windows 10. Time and again it's getting corrupted. I had raised ticket with Microsoft's. Agent look into the issue and reinstall windows 10, but unfortunately it can not open my pc since then...it's very pathetic the way I am dealing with the very bad system problem involving windows 10. They say it's old version , not getting updates , causing all the problems . My question is why the old version of windows 10 was offered when I have purchased it and not even a year has passed by since it's buying and has warranty coverage. It's a defective products sold to me.

My name is Aashish Thusu. I have purchased a lenova laptop. On which windows 10 home edition was installed. I upgraded it to windows 10 professional edition (purchased). For your reference, I am (purchased orders) attaching the relevant documents. After 4 months, hard disk drive of the laptop crashed.
The lennova has agreed to replace the hard disk, but has declined to reinstall the operating system ( windows 10 home edition) and the system drivers for the laptop. Due to which my work is suffering.
I therefore request you to please provide help me in the following ways, by answering queries.

1 I have installed Mcafee anti virus, Do I need to uninstall it completely.
2 Kindly tell me steps to revert it to windows 10 home edition.
3 I am connected to internet via broad band. Can you remote assistance to me.
4 After replacing the hard disk. Can you ensure to me that new hard disk on which windows 10 home edition and windows10 professional edition has to be installed will be counted as one device license. And I don’t have to pay to Microsoft for license of system software i.e windows 10 professional edition.
5 Since the laptop has no Dvd or cd drive. How will install the windows 10 home edition windows 10 pro edition.
6 Since I have purchased laptop from reliance retail outlet ( warranty for next 2 years and current year warranty from lennova inc) . So I will be taking you all three entities in to this e mail conversation(written)
