Greusome mistake by Immigration officer and Airline @ Indore
I live in Dubai.
My parents travelled on March 17th by IX 255 from Indore to Sharjah, departing Indore @12:21AM and arriving Sharjah @ 2:30AM.
Their PNR is VV6P5Y.
They had a UK tourist visa,since they did not have dubai tourist visa they were to take it on arrival at Sharjah airport.
Now as per the law, they cannot travel to Sharjah/ Dubai on UK Tourist visa.
My question to you:
How were they cleared by immigration in Indore without a valid Sharjah/ Dubai viisa?
How did your airline staff allow them to board the flight twithout visa?
The repercussion of all this is that they are stuck at Sharjah airport from last 8 hours. They are 75 years old and are sitting at the Sharjah airport. I have been running around to get their visa done but being a Sunday the offices are closed.
This gruesome mistake on the part of your immigration and airline staff is highly disastrous.
I need a solution to this..
Or else I am going to write to Civil Aviation and make this episode public on social media.
Looking forward to you taking steps to rectify this mistake.
I need them to get a visa TODAY!!!
