Hi I purchased a item today it doesn't fit me and I want to return or exchange the item but it showing like your address doesn't have return policy. Delay in refund of my payment

I have purchased one hand bag one month before. At delivery time double payment done through card and by cash. I am rising this issue but they are not giving the correct reply. Days are passing but still not refund my amount.

Non refund of amount debited twice

I had book shoes from my trading. My card got debited twice wrongly. I don't recieved my amount back. I contacted the customer care and send statement of my card twice as per their advice. But after months I did not get my money back. Again on contacting back they are saying send again the statement. There was no reply or response of my mail. Now I am struggling for my money.
Really poor response and bad quality of customer service.

I had ordered expensive shoes online from myntra,got message also that I'm going to receive the parcel today ,and the delivery person's name and the phone number was also there ,so I called the delivery person named sushanta Roy ,his contact number is -8172035245 ,he was very rude,he doesn't know how to talk with the customer,very arrogant he was ...,I asked him nicely when you gonna deliver my parcel,he said he is never going to deliver my parcel,he is not a delivery person that's not his job he said to me very rudely!I'm a frequent buyer of myntra and Amazon ,Amazon is the best in my experience until now,myntra is also good but the delivery people are the worst in my experience,)so now my question is ,how I'm going to receive my parcel when u ppl have such a bad and rude deliver person like this pathetic sushanta Roy ??? Very dissapointed
