In Spite of Given All Documents with my Signatures, i didn't get

Do you have Answers for my asked Questions please????? Who is Responsible for this now? Why I should suffer for all this? Its YOUR MISTAKES so you have to take Full Responsibilities for all this.

Why that your Employee didn't check and Matched my Signatures when I was there on Mar. 08th 2018, at 10:08am [IST ?????? Do you have Answer ?

I will give you One Options, last time, and that will be Send me [First take my Appointment] your that [Unaccepted] Form which you need my Signatures on it? that form send it to me with Feel up Every thing by you, whatever you need it ? Otherwise again after few days you will write or says that you didn't write this and that not accepted things? that you Feel up and where I have to put my Signatures that you inform me with "X" Sign so I will do Signatures on it that simple..... If you need more Details for my Bank Account, than you can call my given Bank Name and Phone Numbers, so they will also give you Who am I? What type of Person I am? How many years I have my Account with them? etc. etc. you will get it all.... I hope I had given you Enough Details so now act that way and send your that Form, with Feel up by you only and Where I should Sign it? that you mentioned in that Numbers, so I will give my Signatures on it. that's it!

As a Senior Citizen and as per my High Profile/Authorized Secure Job, I should NOT have Time or Travel every now and than.... Its Your Mistakes [Andheri West Branch] so now you have to act such a way that I should NOT have any Problem neither you also. Otherwise, I will ask my Bank to Start Charging 7.9% Interest from Mar. 08th 2018, at 10:08am [IST] till you will Credited my Full Amounts in my given Bank and in my given bank Account also. And Importantly Without Adding 7.9% Interest my Bank will NOT Accept your sent Amounts too. So Do it Fast and with Respect please....

This is my Last Message for all this, there will NO Excuses, NO Delays for anything at all. And as I had already Mentioned in my Four Messages that if you need More Details than you can Contact your that "Sleeping" Andheri West Branch, people also. They have all my given Documents, Pan & Aadhaar Card Copies, with your asked Signatures too. Plus, I had given my Old and New Bank Cancel Cheques also. So now what more do you need it?
