Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1:

• If you have any query/complaint you can call 9606523161 or email care@niyomoney.com .
• It will take 7 working days to resolve your query .

Level 2

• If you are not satisfied with above given level then you can complaint to the following grievance officer at grievance@alphafront.com
• It will take 15 working days to resolve your query .

Level 3:

• If your query still not resolved then you can lodge your complaint online through Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) SCORE Portal Or get resolution through SMART ODR Portal .
• It will take 21 working days to resolve your query .

Level 4

• If the grievance lodged with SCORES was not satisfactorily resolved or you are not satisfied by the resolution provided, you can directly contact to the following concerned officer :
