Outstanding payment for ride
I am Capt JK Choudhary and had availed an OLA ride on 19 Sep 21 at Jamshedpur and fare accrued was Rs 182/-. This was erroneously paid by OLA Money, even though I neither subscribe nor intend to subscribe to OLA Money. Subsequently, I received a message as outstanding due with a request to pay the fare by recharging my OLA Money. I did try to pay this outstanding due by going online, but could not do it due to my limited expertise on in computer operations.
I therefore request that this bill may be added in the fare for my next OLA ride, which will take place anytime soon. I remain committed to pay the fare for availing services of OLA ride.

I travelled in ola auto on 9th of October '21 .I have paid Rs.101/- and it showed your ride is completed.Agian when I tried to book ola cab, the same day it showed amt of Rs.101/- is pending. I called the place auto person who confirmed that he has updated my payment in ola app. Also, he said if your amount is pending, I won't be able to go for further rides when it's booked by anybody
As the transaction is already complete, I'm getting rides booked in for my auto. This ola people is cheating I hope. I will never recommend ola cab for anybody

2.Unable to schedule second ride and are being asked to pay again for the same ride only.
3.No customer care is present,unable to reach to ola team even after sending repetitive mails through support section.

Dear Team,
Recently I booked Ola for local Delhi travel on several occasions.
I observed:
1. Driver accepts ride, however there after
a) Does not move from his position
b) Moves in totally different direction
c) Does not turn up at pick up even after considerable time vis a vis estimated time shown at booking
d) Uses foul language
e) Ola has no customer care contact number. Only window is SUPPOER tab in app which also is totally managed with preset options and NONE keeping customer perspective in view.
h) On cancellation, as you can not look for new cab without cancelling earlier, he too refuses or avoids at times cancel the accepted ride.
i) Cancellation charges are slapped on customer for issues applicable to OLA App of OLA Driver.
j) Charges not reversed even after several reminders through dilapidated app having limited window for such requests.
k) I have stopped used OLA as thankfully it prompted me to find alternatives infact many
l) OLA is neither monopoly nor oligopoly JUST ONE OF SEVERAL PLAYERS IN THIS FIELD.
m) Be sure this way you will get marginalised, if at all manage to survive, only

Dear sir/madam last month I have book ola and completed My travel and that time I have cash payment ₹488/# but that day to till today up to your company send due massage you contact your driver he pick and drop we pay his payment then whyare you send massage unwantedly thank you.

I took ola cab from Coimbatore last Friday (22-10.21) from kannapa hotel to Chennai silk. the driver was forced to pay the ride amount to his google account with extra 30rs apart from the total amount so I paid 230 rs. OLA software issue
I was search for Mumbai to pune cab in OLA app.
After some time I got a message for booking done.
But i got 2 message from 2 different driver. Means 2 OLA driver accept my booking request.
And both OLA come to my home for pick up me.
I was send only 1 request but I don't know how two booking done . I think, It was OLA app OR software problem. But OLA charge me for cancellation charges for second car. After It was not my fault. I don't want to pay for this.

Ola charged me toll 2 times
I book a cab today, from Ghaziabad (UP) to South Ex (Delhi). The MCD charges from one state to another is 100. But OLA charged me double.
While estimated charges, the amount shown was 306 but the driver took 406 from me.

I have booked cab today but fare charged higher than the estimated fare. It is just incorrect fare changed because only 6 km traveled. Also fare is not showing while traveling and end of trip charged higher just 3 times of normal fare.

We booked for Dadar from Ola Goregaon on 20th August. After 10 minutes Ola came and the driver started saying that your Ola does not show booking. And showing Ride Cancel on our mobile app . Now we have Rs 50 more in the next ride.
Extra fare
I booked cab on 8th August 2021 from raj nagar extension to West vinod nagar. When I booked, it was showing fare of Rs. 394. But driver charged 515. After making payment, app was showing that I paid 465 then after some time again it changed with Rs. 344.
When I marked support from ola, I received msg - We have adjusted your fare by *₹179.0*
Fare much higher than the estimate provided
I used an Ola auto today.
I was shown a particular route. And I was given an estimate of Rs. 250 for that particular route. And the auto driver followed the route correctly.
But when I reached my destination, the ola app said that I must pay Rs. 320. If the app cannot even provide a proper estimate, maybe it would be best not to use it.
Plus on both rides today, both auto drivers complained that the ola app showed them a wrong location for "my current location". Which means having to give lengthy explanations to the auto driver over the phone, about where the "current location" actually is, until they can finally locate me.
Ola App is substandard and useless. I have decided to never again use this app.
Its my sincere hope that lots of people stop using ola. That may force the company to improve their standards a little!

I just want to deregister my number from ola services. Rather i request to permanently block my account. I never want to use such a worst service. Ola has started a new scam i guess. First the driver cancel the trip then ola deduct cancellation fee. After that ola provide a refund voucher with validity period that too in days of corona. Why the hell would i use cab during this period except very necessary airport pickup. Such a disgraceful customer service. I totally withdraw from using ola.

Today I booked a cab, throuh my application. The driver distance was just 1 min away. After waiting more than five minutes driver did not contacted me. When I tried to call him he did not picked the phone. After waiting another 10 min I have again tried to call him but driver did not picked the phone. When I tried to complain regarding this through OLA application, process was not completing. After more 30 minutes I left the place through another means. After 30 minutes of arriving my destination I got a call from driver "Susheel Kumar Yadav" who said "I could not picked the phone because I was slept"
Due to his irresponsibility I have faced inconvenience and addition 50 Rs penalty. Look in to the mater and reply me as early as possible. Otherwise I have no option left except unstall Ola application along with my wife application

I have changed my phone and reinstalled all apps. I was successful in doing so for all my apps except you...the great OLA!
1. I forgot my password and since an hour I have been trying to create a new one. But your website is the shittiest that I have ever seen. On the app, I am supposed to receive an IVR call for verification, which I guess I will not receive in this lifetime.
2. The customer care number .......900 which you have flaunted on Google goes unanswered.
3. The support section mentions some links like "forgot your password" on the screen...which is not visible to the human eye.
4. Today is my last date for payment of Postpaid amount, and I am trying to look for a tab on your shitty website to pay the same...but of course! it is not visible to the human eye.
5. My emails to your olasupport or whatever is not replied to.

My name a.ramanarsaiah,took your ola car drive on rental service from Dammaiguda to rajeev gandhi international airport on 11/03/2019 at 8a.m wherein while I was booking for my ride amount shown as Rs 732 where as after reaching massage given as RS 872 ,as per this message driver took the amount.
My concern is amount should not vary from booking amount to actual amount after I reached to airport what they demanding.because sometime we can not plan sufficient amount what you charge after service.

कल रात को मैंने एक ओला की थी जो किसी वर्मा के नाम पर थी 11:29 ड्राइवर आया और उसने बताया हुए स्थान पर जाने से मना करा मुझे अशोकनगर त्यागी दिल्ली से प्रेम बिहार शिव विहार जाना था उसने कहा मैं वहां नहीं जाऊंगा टाइम बहुत हो गया आप मेरे पीने का टाइम है और उसने लोकेशन पर गाड़ी ला कर घुमाई मैंने का तो फिर भाई देर ज्यादा हो रही है बच्चे साथ में है आप कैंसिल कर दो तो उसने कहा कि ठीक है मैं कैंसिल कर दूंगा फिर उसने मेरा फोन नहीं उठाया कुछ देर बाद फिर मैन दूसरी जब ओला बुक करनी चाही तो मुझे पता चला कि ₹50 एक्स्ट्रा लग रहे हैं मैंने फिर ड्राइवर को फोन करो कि भाई तुमने कैंसिल क्यों नहीं गई तो उसने मेरा काफी देर तक फोन नहीं उठाया आप मेरे ₹50 वापस करें और उसके खिलाफ एक्शन ले जाएगा ओला कंपनी ड्राइवर को रखती है चोर ड्राइवर ड्राईवर को रखती है

Totally misbehave by Ola driver, I book a Ola he has not come my location and he call me own their location after boarding he refuse to go my destination and told me cancelled the ride I told to driver why I should cancelled you should cancel, after that driver has cancelled my ride and cancellation charged to customers is it good.take necessary action such type of driver otherwise like this drivers sold Ola name. This is horrible situation for me. This type of situation thought me never use Ola.
Issue about ola service.
I book ola on 11 Dec 2018.from bhullanpur to Varanasi station. I talk to ola cab driver but after some time drive cancelled booking.then I pick up auto rickshawa then rich to destination and pick up train in last movement.bad service by ola.very bad.same on mr.ola Aggrawal.
