Driver didn't complete the ride in app even after he dropped us
I booked a auto today. Even after dropping me at my drop point the driver didn't complete the ride on app. In the app it shows I still riding even after 30 mins of my drop. When I contacted the driver he said he closed but keep showing I am riding. Later he closed it when we insisted.

I paid him through gpay and now the postpaid is also showing payment of Rs. 1079. I have already registered a complaint regarding this and till now no action has been taken from your side. I am not willing to make the payment again. This is very unprofessional behavior towards the customer. I want a solution for this immediately as late payment fees are also getting added to it.

Double payment of fare
Hi today at 12.45 pm I had booked a ola can from vasant kunj to parliament House annexe. After reaching destination I process the fare through upi but at the mean time my phone got switched off and the can driver could not received the payment and demand for cash. Due to the shortage of time i m also getting late I gave him total fare 301 in cash. Once I charged my phone the fare was also deducted through upi also. Hence the fare was charged two times through upi and cash. Now I want my refund of rs 301 which I had paid extra.

Worst service by ola
I booked a cab at morning it shows 128 to 300, mean while in Uber the exact amount was 104 rupees, I thought Ola will be available faster and may be the amount will vary by 140 to 150 , but at the end, the amount will be 316 rupees, this Ola is looting the money from people, and more over these cowards are not providing any call service and chat service in their ola app.

Yesterday 17 November 2024 I booked Ola Mini from my home (D-145, Savitri Path, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur) to Marriag Venue (Gyan ji Advita, 353, Opp. Akshat Meadow, Sirsi Road, Jaipur). It distance is just 17 kms form my home. When I booked cab fare was Rs. 314 and when I reached my destination fare was Rs. 707. Why fare was heigh ? Please send bill details.
Complaint against driver
On 14 October at 2.17pm i booked cab from connaught place to sahibabad. After sharing my otp I requested driver to switch on AC but he refused to do so and said jo karna hai kr lo humara koi kuch nahi bigad sakta and immediately he cancelled the trip for which I was charged ₹202. During the ride on june 26 I paid double my fare and have yet not received my money back , ola's coustomer care number is saying that the number you have dialled is invalid.

Driver cancelled when we denied to go offline.
I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the service I received today, May 18, 2024, which caused significant distress and almost jeopardized an important exam of my sister.
At 8:15 AM, I booked an Ola cab and confirmed with the driver that he would arrive as scheduled, emphasizing the urgency due to the exam. The driver assured me of his arrival. However, upon reaching my location, the driver asked me to cancel the ride and proceed with an offline arrangement. When I refused, he abruptly canceled the ride, citing an emergency.
This unprofessional behavior and sudden cancellation caused me immense stress and anxiety. I had to scramble to find alternative transportation, ultimately arriving at the exam center at 9:55 AM, just five minutes before the exam commenced. The entire experience was harrowing and left me feeling harassed and deeply upset.
As a loyal customer who relies on Ola for timely and reliable service, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The driver's conduct was unacceptable and unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on Ola's standards of service.
I urge you to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the driver involved. Additionally, I request compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused to me. I hope that Ola will ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and that steps are taken to maintain the reliability and integrity of your services.

The driver not accepting the booking.
I'm facing lots of problems in booking a cab through the Ola app in Patna for the last few days. So much of time is wasted in doing so without any success which raises questions on the reliability of the service of Ola. The fare keeps getting revised again and again but most of the time the answer is that "there's no ride available/the driver partner is not accepting your booking".
It's not that this is due to non availability of cabs as so many of them can be seen around but intentionally not accepting the booking in order to bargain and charge a fare double the rate which was on offer on the app.
In a situation like this it's very risky for us to try book a ride if we have to catch either a flight or a train.
It's therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

Was charged ₹100 by thhe driver for a ride that was initially ₹38 and even at the end on the trip was ₹57. so i booked thinking it was gonna cost me ₹38, end of trip the total was ₹57 and had to pay ₹100 instead because the driver kept asking and would not take no for an answer. he was also a heavy set man who I, as a young women, did not see safe to argue with.

My last ride too has over charged me. I paid for the trip by Phonepe ₹ 1236/- + I was asked by driver to pay extra ₹116/- which I paid by cash. And still my account shows a balance to be paid for ₹65 cancellation charges which was done by driver side.
So how am I to be enjoying the rides when so much mistakes are made?
I am surprised that Ola is showing me that i paid ₹ 1171 when I paid ₹ 1236/-
How can Ola make such wrong claims it's not at all enjoying.

I had a booked an outstation cab on Friday February 3rd, 2023 , from Mortandi, Pattanur, Tamil Nadu 605101, India for a Prime UV Outstation, with Cab number CRN70615299XX.
We were in a hurry to reach the Chennai International Airport, and the hotel that we stayed and the driver seem to know each other, and we booked the cab, but the driver never turned up inspite of knowing that we were in a hurry.
The utter unprofessional behavior of the driver was making us miss our flight. After waiting for more than an hour, we had to book 2 autos and go to the airport, and now I am receiving a cancellation charges of Rs 150.
This is extremely unprofessional and as a customer I am not supposed to be charged for this. My name is Sai, and I am from Hyderabad, working as a Manager for reputed company. I assume that Ola cabs will take this up and not charge me this money.
I know that Ola tends to charge in the next ride. Ola is trying to get this money incorrectly from the customer, when the problem is with ola company and the cab which never turned up.
I expect these calls need to stop coming and now I am getting a call that collection agent collection. I am not sure what is this regarding. Can Ola waive this charge as I am not responsible for this as the driver never turned up for that booking.

This is regarding the issue of OLA postpaid money.My payment option have always been cash but when i updated the Ola app ,the payment option changed into ola postpaid money without my knowledge.On May 5th and 23rd i took a trip on Ola cab and auto respectively ,where i paid rupees 128 and 93 to respective drivers .They didn't inform me about the Ola postpaid money neither i didn't notice .When message came to me to pay for it for the one of the previous trip that happened during September 2021(I don't remember the date)which i paid that also to driver directly(181 rs) but he didn't updated the trip amount paid which was also added with this around rupees 402.Now along with that amount you added fine of 100 rs which is not acceptable where i already paid the amount .I tried to contact Ola customer service for the solution 'n' number of times but number is not valid and unable to reach you out .There is no way to say my side to you regarding this issue .I also raised the complaint in Ola app many times where they apologies for inconvenient but still I get calls from computer generated voice at least 40 to 50 times per day which is nuisance and disturbing my day to day routine .Sometimes I get call at midnight around 11 pm to 12 am,If it doesn't stop this, I will take action against your team and waive off the Ola postpaid money from my account .

I already paid 557 cash ,but still in app payment pending is showing... please resolve this.
Regarding error
I already paid 311 by phone pay of my wife for my last ride on 30 jan 2022 but still it says the payment is due and I cannot use Ola app to book other rides until I clear that amount.
Please look in to this issue.

Excess charge
I have booked the cab upto station and after dropping me at station at 1.38pm the cab continued my ride to other location upto 1.51pm. As I was hurry to catch my train and payment mode was online from OLA money Post paid. So taken advantage of my honesty. Please look into it and take action immediately for the same.
Four fold extra charge demanded by auto driver
Yesterday 16.jan.22 I booked auto for ride from saligramam to egmore railway station.The fare shown was Rs.144.The auto driver adamently demanded Rs.550 stating that there will not be a return ride due to lockdown.Considering the situation,I was ready to pay double the amount but he demanded four fold.He cancelled the booking as I was not willing to pay four fold.Ola site is not showing the rides cancelled by drivers...a smart corporate way to avoid complaints...God alone can save the public from such auto drivers in Tamilnadu.
Payment issue

Clear the dues
Hi I have not used the trip. But the driver has cancel the trip. But in my ola account it's showspending amount. Please check and do the needful.
