Please help for refund my 51464 rupees from ola sales person pankaj hazarika.. 9 july 2026 to till date mantaly harrasment from ola salesman pankaj hazarika,, showroom address, shree nagar, city Guwahati, Assam.. i want to buy a ola electric scooty S1 x 3d Gen 4kw scooty on emi,,, they give me fake loan approval letter,,.... other side he payment received his personal account 51464 rupees.. other vary unlowfull side is loan cancel 9 july 2026 , 1.34 pm,, he give me fake approval letter 9 july 2026 3.30 pm and he ask payment his personal account 3.55pm 9 july 2026.. please refund me 51464 rupees and take action on ola sales person pankaj hazarika.. all avidance I attached.. already loan cancel then how can he ask for payment, how can he give me loan approval letter with ola seal stamp,, already loan cancel then how can he process??? @Ola Electric Meri complaint ko 1 mahine se zyada ho chuka hai, lekin ab tak koi resolution nahi diya gaya. Meri gaadi service center mein khadi hai, EMI lagatar kat rahi hai, aur meri job bhi nahi hai. Is wajah se mujhe kaafi financial aur mental pareshani ka samna karna pad raha hai.
Sabse nirashajanak baat ye hai ki Ola ki taraf se koi executive call, message ya complaint ka jawab nahi de raha. Mujhe roz lagbhag 40 km ek taraf travel karke service center jana pad raha hai sirf status jaanne ke liye.
Agar meri samasya ka turant samadhan nahi kiya gaya, to mujhe Consumer Forum aur anya sambandhit authorities ke paas complaint darj karne ke liye majboor hona padega. Kripya meri complaint ko priority par lekar turant update aur resolution dein.

My sincerer request to all consumers who want to purchase electric scooter from OLA.
Reasons are:
1> Firstly indefinite delivery date
At the time of purchase OLA app shows one date after that keep on changing the dates finally it will shows coming soon.
we need to see this types of bluffing messages in APP.
2> secondly nobody will answer your e mails
if you write a mail you will not get reply at all
3> worst service means it will take more than months to service your Vehicle.
if you visit the show room you will find number of vehicles will lay-down on the road.
Complaint Regarding Delay in Repair and Poor Service Support
Very disappointed with @OlaElectric service. My scooter (BR21AK1277) has been lying at Manali Chowk Khanjarpur OLA Service Centre since 6th April 2026 with no proper response or resolution. Purchased on 23.06.2025 trusting a reputed company, but facing extremely poor support now. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

Delivery Delay of My Ola Bike.
I booked my Ola bike, but the delivery is still pending. I am facing inconvenience as the delivery is getting delayed.

I have not received RC book and Number plate even after 4 months of registration. When I contacted registration office they say they have not received Number plate and the documents from ola still. Showroom people are very worst
S1x isn't starting and no response from Ola for the past 1 month
My Ola S1x display stopped working last month. Rebooting didn't work. It ran out of charging now. I took the 1 year service plan and raised an emergency ticket but no response from Ola. Its been more than a month and the scooter is lying useless. Can't get it repaired anywhere else. I feel cheated and I feel wasted 1L rupees. I don't understand why is Ola selling scooter if you don't have the repair and service infrastructure in place. I will never buy nor recommend Ola to anyone. The heights of incompetency is mind boggling.

I purchased OLA X1 Air on 2 Jun 2024 from Ola Experience Centre Greater Kailash Chowk Jammu, Showroom uploaded the wrong documents for the registration of my scooty. I got registration Number but RTO Jammu blacklisted my scooty so that i have not getting RC after 1 year. The showroom blaming to RTO and RTO blaming to showroom i am not seeing any solution of my problem. I can not drive the scooty until the RC not received, because if any trafic police caught my scooty, it will be impound

My self Pankaj on behalf of Archana Jha, have purchased a new scooty on dated 02nd Feb., 2025 (Invoice Attached) from OLA V.K.I. showroom, after purchase we went to Temple, than after on second day scooty was charged and it was showing 48℅, I took it to nearby market, but just after 5 metre battery shows only 3℅, since than I tried to talk to Sales Manager Mr. Rahul but hi did not respond me, yesterday I talked with someone else he told to bring scooty to V.K.I. showroom, there the people told me to take it to service center at V.K.I. 17 No.Since last 3 hours the problem could not resolved by the maintenance team/service engineers.Please see attached the pick of new scooty.

No after-sales service
Got my Ola electric used it for 2 weeks and it had a 30-40 km charge my father took it out and it just stopped in the middle of a road and showed 0 battery, called the emergency no and those guys told me to leave the scooter there this happened around 2 pm and the towing car came by 4 called my father we r taking it to the service centre in Kalina after that, a call came by 7 in that call the person mentioned try hard rest it by pressing power and reverse button, my father replied if u had mentioned this I would have tried it before it got towed to the service centre after that call no update on the scooter, I Tried calling the customer car no but for more than 1hr on hold ( not in a single call I disconnected the call after 15-20 min got frustrated and bored of waiting and tried again and again. But I dint get anyone to pick up my call, after that I tried another service and had a chat with a guy and told him my problem and he promised to transfer my call to the service section but it was disconnected before I can talk to anyone, after that all options had staple msg all agent are busy please hold they will join you asap. I am truly disappointed in Ola even before this incessant as in hyper mode the bike was losing power. Easily the worst mistake we made was to buy the bike due to hype and no real feature which was promised got delivered in the bike. Very disappointed

I haven't received the refund of the ola scooter cancellation. The ola app shows the amount is refunded but the same has not been reflected in my bank account. And even on sending ola electric my bank statement they are not responding. I think the refund process is not correct of the company.
Extremely cheating company
Iam cheated by this company.
After complete scooter payment for S1, they asked additional 31500 for NOC, again 27500 for insurance and transport.
They have not revealed this before booking, they asked after completion of full payment for scooter only.
There can not be such process with any company for which the NOC and transportation cost will be taken from customer.
This is intentional cheating only. There is no ethics with Ola and it is understood that the founder of this vehicle company is a big fraud.
Now for cancellation and refund also, they are asking 15% deduction.
I have to fight as per law and try to get full refund. Till that my paid money is also parked with them.
Hope if anybody try to purchase this vehicle, they can have similar experience.
I suggest everybody should read my comment and do not purchase any product from Ola forever.
Such a worst cultured company should never be allowed to grow, we have to smash it.
