Biometric server abd services down at Noida RTC
The service is down since 1.15am and the que is increasing. The fan in the room is also not working.
Pls update and initiate immediate action
Biometric : server down at rto borivali munbai
Here to apply for change of address on my old driving licence at counter 4 I was directed to go to counter 1 for biometric.
Been standing at counter 1(biometric) for more than an two hours waiting for server to be backup again.
First in queue standing since 9.50 am and now it's 11.50 am and server is still down.
It's just making mockery of our whole claim on being one of top most digitalized country, I guess nothing will change at our government offices.

Problem in applying Learning licence
Hello dear,
My name is Kuljit Singh. I applied my driving license on online site. I filled all the options that he asked me. There was an option to pay the fee online, so I paid the fee of Rs 520/- and now there is an option to take photos online. As per their conditions, I fulfill all those conditions but still they reject my photo every time. This condition is not being fulfilled from me, I carefully followed each and every condition, but still my photo has been rejected Now please find a solution to this problem and make my license. Since this matter has been done for a long time, do not let my 520/- rupees, which I have paid as fee, be wasted. Now you make this driving license of mine. Otherwise please refund me my fee of Rs.520/- if not please let me know how I can get this money back.
