Report a fraud

Complaint regarding any fraudulent transaction in bank account/wallet or payment related transactions -

• Call  IVR help desk number 1800 120 130
• You can report through Paytm app & register his/her complaint on “Report a fraud” category.
• A ticket number is generated for each complaint, which would enable to track status.
• It will take 2 working days from app and from Bank’s internal resolution time – 30 working days.
