As per the subject mentioned, i would like to bring to your notice that my Philips 2.0 TOWER SPEAKERS sound system is not working and it needs repairs. These speakers are ONLY 2 MONTH old.

Soundbar related issues

Hi Team,

Kindly check my complaint number is SUP001/I47073 reading sound bar issues this complaint was registered 01/07/2018 but till time no call and your support engineer visit my home address and same has been approached your customer care told me please wait 10 to 15 days after that I will check and your gwalior area manager Mr Raj Rathore/Manoj jha told me Philips tie up with other company so due to some payments issue so we are unable to send support engineer so request you to take action according to policy. And request you to please resolve my problem asap.
