Violation of Labour Law: Complaint Regarding Repeated Delayed Salary Payments

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of continuous delayed salary payments to the employees of Beyoung Folks Private Limited, situated in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Since October 2024, salaries are being deposited after the 10th of every month, causing significant financial stress to employees.

As per the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, establishments employing less than 1000 employees are legally required to disburse wages on or before the 7th day of every month, when the wage period ends on the last day of the previous month. Beyoung Folks Private Limited employs less than 1000 employees, and therefore falls under this legal requirement. However, the company has consistently failed to comply with this provision.

This repeated delay in salary disbursement is a clear violation of the Payment of Wages Act, and the Rajasthan Payment of Wages Rules. Many employees depend on timely salaries to pay rent, EMIs, bills, and essential household expenses. These delays are causing mental, emotional, and financial hardship to the workforce.

Therefore, I request you to take immediate action against the organisation and ensure that the employees receive their salaries within the legally mandated timeframe. I also urge you to conduct an inspection of the company’s payroll practices and take appropriate action for violating Indian labour laws and causing unnecessary financial distress to its employees.

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of non-payment of bonus, gratuity, and job continuation letters to the employees of Dileep Industries Pvt. Ltd. All employees are being transferred internally from Dileep Industries Pvt. Ltd. to Dileep Craft Pvt. Ltd. under the same umbrella in the middle of the year. Due to this transfer, job continuation is broken in the same company, which is affecting all employee facilities in the same company.

As per Indian labour laws, the employees are entitled to receive bonus, gratuity, and a job continuation letter from their employer. However, in the case of the transfer of employees from Dileep Industries Pvt. Ltd. to Dileep Craft Pvt. Ltd., these legal obligations are not being fulfilled by the company. The employees who have worked for several years in Dileep Industries Pvt. Ltd. are being transferred to Dileep Craft Pvt. Ltd. without any job continuation letter, which clearly violates Indian labor laws.

Moreover, the employees are also not being provided with the bonus and gratuity that they are entitled to, which is causing financial hardship to them. The company is liable to pay the bonus and gratuity to its employees as per the provisions of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, and the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, respectively.

In addition, employers are forcing each employee to accept the new appointment letter in Dileep Crafts Pvt. Ltd., which reflects new appointments of all employees.

Therefore, I request you to take immediate action against the company and ensure that the employees are provided with their rightful entitlements of bonus, gratuity, and job continuation letter. I also urge you to take strict action against the company for violating Indian labor laws and causing financial hardship to the employees.
