Rajasthan Sampark is a portal to register the complaints of the common people and get solutions to their problems. This portal includes:

• To provide free facility to lodge complaints and get information through call at Citizen Call Center (181) .
• To provide facility to register problems online without being present in the office .
• To provide facility to register complaints free of cost at Rajasthan contact centers at Panchayat Samiti and district level .
• To provide facility to download native applications for smartphone owners .

How To Register Complaint

• You can file your complaint online through Complaint Form .
• Enter your Mobile No. / Phone No. / Identity No .
• If you have ever filed a complaint in the past, please give its reference .
• When making a complaint, please select the category of your complaint like whether the problem is personal, public or related to a government employee .
• You will be responsible for filling a wrong complaint .

For Complain Status

• You can check the status of your complaint online through Grievance Id / Mobile No .

For Other States/Government of India

• For complaint related to Other States/Government of India Organizations, you can lodge your complaint through Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) Portal .
