Complaint Regarding Misleading Offer and Unprofessional Behavior

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding misleading promotional information and the unprofessional behavior of billing staff at Reliance Smart Point.

Today, while browsing the JioMart app, I could not find Aashirvaad Atta (10 kg) listed. However, upon visiting the store, the product was available. At the store, an offer sticker was clearly displayed stating that on purchase of Aashirvaad Atta (10 kg), a discount of Rs. 30 would be provided on the purchase of any cooking oil.

Relying on this displayed offer, I made the purchase. However, at the billing counter, the staff refused to apply the discount, stating that the offer was “quite old.” This is misleading, as the promotional sticker was still prominently displayed in the store.

Further, the behavior of the billing staff was not satisfactory. I also requested to speak with the store manager, but they were not available at that time to address my concern.

This incident has caused inconvenience and disappointment. I request you to:

Clarify why outdated promotional material is still being displayed.

Ensure customers are not misled by such offers in future.

Give training to staff's for public dealing

I went to the Smart Point Reliance store today and the store staff misbehaved with me. They refused to give me the product. I needed the product in maximum quantity and they had the product available, but instead of giving it to me, they themselves made the bill in their own name. They told me that the manager refused to give me the product and got the bill for all the products made in front of me. I am very upset by this. Please take action on this as soon as possible.

Expired product selling by reducing price

Hello, In my nearest Reliance smart Point, They are selling expired product at less than half price of MRP. I have a proof. How can they sell such things to customers?

Service provided to customers is very bad and poor

The checking person does partial check if or some people they check and ask and show each and every items but for other people they don’t is that the way you provide service we pay for the product and don’t take for free why is this done like that
