Iam have placed a Sennheiser CX 180 earphone from Amazon India online. It has 2 year warranty but this item is not working. Please I want to exchange it.

None of the toll free numbers or other numbers Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore are not responding. Yesterday I have placed the order but no tentative delivery date has been provided whereas Amazon India promise to fulfilment of order in 24 Hrs but I have placed order directly to yo. Please provide delivery date so that I can plan accordingly. ARE YOU PEOPLE ARE WORKING OR CLOSED AS ONLY AUTO GENERATED MESSAGE ARE COMING SINCE MORNING.

I am calling customer care since past 3 days but there is no response..dont know whether this issue is going to get solved by them or not..if this is going to be like this and not solved than i would never ever recommend this company to anyone.. spending 1500 on a hearphone and getting the benefit of using it for just 6 months is soo bad...they wer perfectly fine and all of a sudden it stoped working...now can nyone help solving this problem....

Hai,Iam NAVAS Ibrought a heat senheiser cx175 from MYJI SHOW ROOM at kozhikode (Kerala,INdia), While purchasing the company offered me 2year warrenty after one year the head set become damaged.then Iwent to the show room and tell them the problem one side speaker was working and the other side not working.Then the sails man try to replace with the same model head st but the same model was not there.Finaly he gave an other company head st (JBL) with additional caust RS. 270/-rupees.
