sir , am the reseller of meesho. last Monday my customer received the dress but status showing cancelled . it is a cash on delivery my customer wants to return and refund . but track order showing ( cancelled and its return to the seller) .how is it possible dress in my customer side? .

I had ordered total 6 sari from meesho. But received only 2 sari. I received message saying all the 6 sari has been delivered.

I contacted shadow fax customer care but I was told to contact the seller directly. But Kindly note that I had ordered two different sari (total quantity 6) from two different sellers. And i have received total 2 sari (1 from each seller). I believe two different sellers won't do same mistake.
So the mistake has been made from the delivery person end. Please look into the matter.

Returning was not taken,just making fault calls with computer saying something,nor any one was at door. Was tried contacting many times it is not connected saying check no. Contact later so on.very cheating. In April for one delivery amt was taken online was not paid to seller by shadow fax, now not taking returning pick up scheduled,messaging tried to contact after informing about April what happened.3 orders opening to puck up.
Like others have reported ,order have reached bangalore destination but not delivering nor showing further details or information four orders still pending ti be delivered. Have reported to ordered company too about cheating done.

It is 5 days passed still I am not getting my product. When I called the delivery guys, they are saying that they are on the way.. But end of the day they said my number is not reachable. But i called them 100 times and ask where are you. Now they block me. And i am not getting any status of the order now. I have never seen like this delivery guy in my life. Very worst service. And i try to reach them from the application but i am not getting any response from them.if they are not responsible then why they open such type of service. Better stop the things and do anything else whatever suitable for them. Still I don't know whether I will get my order or not... They don't try to understand how important the order for us.

I applied for return product the person came and took it but he didn't update it so I don't get refund

I placed one order and item has reached district hub on 26th April 2022. Delivery date was initially on 29th April when I placed the order. But it kept extending and till now the status is showing as In Transit. There is no contact number to get in touch with Shadowfax.

Very worst service ...we have sent one parcel from Tirupur to coimbatore on 17th april but till today( 30-04-2022) parcel not yet delivered... Other courier services takes only one day to deliver from tirupur to coimbatore ... You guys are playing with the parcel ah ?? Y its not yet delivered ..i cant reach any of ur customer services.. Dear, Iam sorry to say that your services are very poor and pathetic.i am seller on all sites , i have already debarred you as courier partner on one site. Your boys think we are there servant. We have to wait for them . They will come whenever they want. You people don't send my products back on return from the sites. When we ask your boy for senior number they don't give.
