_This is one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever faced. First, they marked my parcel as delivered, but it was not delivered. They literally claimed that the recipient received the order, which is not true. My parcel was very costly._
_I had a very important day where I needed that parcel urgently. It has been 15 days and they have not even contacted me. It just shows “delivery failed” because I supposedly did not receive their call._
_When I tried to reach the delivery person, he was very aggressive and spoke arrogantly. He showed unnecessary attitude for no reason, just because I asked why he was not coming._
_Every time I tried to contact customer service, they kept avoiding my messages and calls. I don't know how they even have the authority to deliver parcels if they can't provide customer service and show such unnecessary attitude when we are paying for the service._
_Next time, I will take serious action against you._

The delivery agent refused to deliver the order to my doorstep and asked me to come 1 km away to collect it. When I refused, he did not attempt delivery and marked it as unsuccessful without calling me.
This is highly unprofessional behavior. Because of this, I am facing inconvenience and delay in receiving my order.
I request you to take strict action against the delivery agent and ensure proper delivery through a different agent.

Unprofessional behaviour by pickup boy
A recent order of mine was up for a pickup and to our shock he behaved in highly aggressive and unprofessional manner. He kept on honking in the street and didn’t not come near the gate to pick the order. Upon being asked he said it’s not his job to come till gate to pick. Further more upon picking the order for return , he threw the wrapper on the street and said it’s not his job to pick the wrapper and my mother who was returning the parcel on my behalf should pick it up. He was very aggressive in his speech, he was rude and behaved in a very entitled way. All this has been captured in the camera as well and upon being confronted he said and I quote , ‘providing feedback or filing a complaint against me will do nothing.’ This is your company’s reputation, this is how a big company like shadowfax trains their employees. Being a service provider shame on the brand for 0 accountability.
This incident happened in Jammu and the delivery guys name was Mr Bharat Bhushan. I can provide his number and address as well.

The delivery boy did not come to deliver my parcel. He ph called me & directly said that he cannot come to deliver my parcel to my address. His behavior is very rough & unexpected. It's very fraustrating that I am not getting my parcels because delivery boy not coming to deliver my parcels.

A return order from my end was picked up by a Shadowfax delivery agent. The agent collected the OTP and took possession of the product, which clearly indicates that the return should have been processed in the system. However, the return was never updated, my refund has not been initiated, and the delivery person has now completely stopped answering calls and absconded with my product.

I request the Shadowfax management to take immediate disciplinary action against Rohitkumar Manojbhai Jadav and ensure my parcel is delivered safely at the earliest. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this to the Consumer Forum.
Delivery boy misbehaviour
I have a return to be picked up but the delivery boy is giving missed calls and if i accept the call they immediately cut the call within mini seconds. And then i get a msg from shadowfax that we could not pick up your order. And when i call them back they do not pick up the calls.

I have ordered multiple order from meesho and one person has my 4 parcels from shadowfox delivery partner his mobile no is 826508**46 ( pune baber )he is not delivering my parcel and he called me always at night 10.30 pm .Is it the time for delivery? I am writing to formally escalate a serious and unacceptable issue regarding the non-delivery of my order assigned to Shadowfax for doorstep delivery.
Despite my order being pending since Monday, I have repeatedly received delivery notifications on multiple days without the parcel actually being delivered. Yesterday, I was informed that the delivery executive was unwell. While this may be an internal operational issue, it cannot be passed on to the customer, especially after such an extended delay.
Today, once again, I received a delivery notification, only to be informed that the parcel will not be delivered to my doorstep and that I am expected to travel approximately 3 kilometers to collect it. This is a clear violation of the doorstep delivery commitment and represents an unacceptable service failure.and delivery guy telling that however that parcel get cancelled because this is 3rd attempt but these three attempt not at all happened, really a cheap and poor service I found from this guys
I would like to state very clearly:
• The delivery address is accurate, accessible, and serviceable.
• I have been continuously available and cooperative.
• I did NOT opt for self-pickup under any circumstances.
• Repeated false delivery attempts and misleading notifications reflect extremely poor service standards.

I sent a parcel of dubstep earpods to dholpur,rajastan, when RTO return came and get delivered ,when i seen inside packet inplace of dubstep earpods a imitation earrings came, where is my product, the product not reached till delivered address and from there with same awb number and same all details and returned me, and when i seen shadowfax courier done a fraud.

The agent refused to take the exchange of damage product and after sharing OTP which received for the order exchange. And in meesho he claimed it as the order for the damaged product was successfully exchanged.
He wanted me to come to him to take my exchange order and also at sharp 17th September 2025, 10:00am
He said that it not my responsibility for damage product and said it is your problem and directly refused to take the product. I literally want to say worst delivery man ever seen.
I don't know why shadowfax is keeping such nonsense person who ever don't know how to behave with costumers.

The delivery was attempted today, and the delivery executive requested an OTP for verification. However, I did not receive any OTP. He mentioned it might be a technical glitch and said he would return in an hour. Upon his return, he informed me that the mobile number associated with the delivery was incorrect, which explained the missing OTP.
To proceed, he asked for physical verification using my Aadhaar and PAN card. I agreed to show the documents for validation but clearly stated that I would not allow photocopies or pictures to be taken on his personal mobile device due to privacy concerns. Despite this, he became aggressive, started verbally abusing me, and took the parcel from UGAOO back.
What’s worse, he threatened and abused my mother during the interaction, which is absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. I reiterated my willingness to cooperate with physical verification, but he was adamant about taking copies of the documents, which I could not allow.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also threatening and violates basic standards of customer service and safety. I request that you:
Investigate this incident urgently.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against the delivery personnel involved.
Ensure my order is redelivered without further harassment or privacy violations.
Confirm that my contact details are correctly updated in your system to avoid future OTP issues.

AJIO have chosen worst ever logistic partner who have no infrastructure.Shadowfax have no infrastructure in Jamnagar,Gujarat. They have outsourced to Bluedart.AJIO have approved return request but their delivery partner Shadowfax is not collecting product since 01.07.2025. AJIO and Shadowfax is dropping message in morning that rider was out for pick up at 600 hrs and drop a message in app that pick up attempt failed in every late evening. This system is regular. Shadowfax shares contact no of rider but when called to rider, rider replies that he is not responsible for pick up at all. Don't call on this no. AJIO is unable to punish Shadowfax and extending pick up window. AJIO have extended pick up window thrice but Shadowfax continues their practice of dropping messages from offices.

I recently ordered a few products from Zivami, and the delivery partner assigned to my order was Shadowfax_Surface. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been quite disappointing. Each day, the tracking information indicates that my order will be delivered, but by evening, the status changes to "unable to reach the customer, will try to deliver tomorrow." This pattern continues for 4-5 days, and by the sixth day, the order status shows as returned.
When I attempt to contact the delivery agent each day, calls often go unanswered. On the rare occasion that I do reach the agent, he claims to be on leave today and promises to attempt delivery the next day. This cycle of false promises is frustrating.

Delivery Guy is very rude and wasted around 20 minutes just to drop the order. First he calls to drop the order and ask about the address when we speak he puts call on hold. After that he tells me that he has been waiting for 15 mins although he called just now.
Once he comes to the place. He does not tell he is waiting. When I try to callback since he has not called back, he shouts at me telling that he is waiting from past 15 minutes. How would I know he is waiting down across the street.
One of the worst delivery service I have received. Again that to I have go down and search him to collect the order as he was not guiding were to collect.

We have a meesho product delivery and the delivery person was very rude on the phone without any manners. I am really disappointed with the shadowfax courier. Never faced such an issue with any other courier service. They should teach their delivery agents some manners.

My order from flipkart was not delivered. I got the message "Out For Delivery" for the consecutive 3 days. At the end of each day their updation was "could not be deliver today. Don't ever rely on shadowfax. It is the worst of the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life

I mistakenly provided the wrong number earlier, and I emailed Shadowfax for correction. After that, I received a call from Shadowfax stating that my parcel would be delivered after I provided my ID proof. However, the next day, the delivery person called and said he wouldn’t be coming to deliver the parcel, but assured me that another delivery person would come the following day. When the second day passed without any delivery, I called Shadowfax again, and they confirmed that the parcel would be delivered today. But when I called the next day, I was told that my parcel had been sent back to the RTS (Return to Sender) facility and could not be delivered anymore. To make matters worse, they lied, claiming they had attempted delivery, but I had missed the call, which is completely false. Everyone involved seems to be making excuses, and their responses have been nothing but dishonest.

I ordered from Nykaa. What kind of service is this? Shadowfax provides the worst service! The delivery person called, said he was at the location, and asked for the OTP, which I shared. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there at the time, so I requested him to give the product to our building owner on the first floor. Normally, our building owner and his wife receive our deliveries. However, the delivery guy didn’t hand the product to him.

Never had such a bad experience. Yesterday my courier was not delivered and your delivery boy first said he is coming by afternoon then updated that customer is non contactable and blocked my number. Today another delivery boy is talking since morning that he is coming and now he is also non contactable.

THE PERSONS NAMED MANISH KAMBLE(INCHARGE) AND NARESH REDDY(DELIVERY PERSON) ARE DOING MALPRACTICES AND NONE OF THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT TEAM IS EVEN BOTHERED TO TAKE ANY STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM.
