I sent a parcel of dubstep earpods to dholpur,rajastan, when RTO return came and get delivered ,when i seen inside packet inplace of dubstep earpods a imitation earrings came, where is my product, the product not reached till delivered address and from there with same awb number and same all details and returned me, and when i seen shadowfax courier done a fraud.
Many parcel I sent through shadowfax, I need help, refund me or get my earpods ..or else I have to take legal action.

I don’t know why meesho is choosing shadowfax for order delivery even after a lot of complaints for their delivery partners
The agent refused to take the exchange of damage product and after sharing OTP which received for the order exchange. And in meesho he claimed it as the order for the damaged product was successfully exchanged.
He wanted me to come to him to take my exchange order and also at sharp 17th September 2025, 10:00am
He said that it not my responsibility for damage product and said it is your problem and directly refused to take the product. I literally want to say worst delivery man ever seen.
I don't know why shadowfax is keeping such nonsense person who ever don't know how to behave with costumers.
He then refused to exchange my order.
I even tried to return my product but also he is nearby my location but not coming to collect the product.

The delivery was attempted today, and the delivery executive requested an OTP for verification. However, I did not receive any OTP. He mentioned it might be a technical glitch and said he would return in an hour. Upon his return, he informed me that the mobile number associated with the delivery was incorrect, which explained the missing OTP.
To proceed, he asked for physical verification using my Aadhaar and PAN card. I agreed to show the documents for validation but clearly stated that I would not allow photocopies or pictures to be taken on his personal mobile device due to privacy concerns. Despite this, he became aggressive, started verbally abusing me, and took the parcel from UGAOO back.
What’s worse, he threatened and abused my mother during the interaction, which is absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. I reiterated my willingness to cooperate with physical verification, but he was adamant about taking copies of the documents, which I could not allow.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also threatening and violates basic standards of customer service and safety. I request that you:
Investigate this incident urgently.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against the delivery personnel involved.
Ensure my order is redelivered without further harassment or privacy violations.
Confirm that my contact details are correctly updated in your system to avoid future OTP issues.
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond at the earliest.

For 4 days, their pick-up boy has been deliberately skipping my pick-up, faking attempts, and behaving rudely. Despite multiple complaints, ZERO action taken by firstcry and shadowfax.. either use Amazon or buy from retail but firstcry is the consumer online shopping market because of the association to poorly service logistics and they themselves do not do much about complaints

AJIO have chosen worst ever logistic partner who have no infrastructure.Shadowfax have no infrastructure in Jamnagar,Gujarat. They have outsourced to Bluedart.AJIO have approved return request but their delivery partner Shadowfax is not collecting product since 01.07.2025. AJIO and Shadowfax is dropping message in morning that rider was out for pick up at 600 hrs and drop a message in app that pick up attempt failed in every late evening. This system is regular. Shadowfax shares contact no of rider but when called to rider, rider replies that he is not responsible for pick up at all. Don't call on this no. AJIO is unable to punish Shadowfax and extending pick up window. AJIO have extended pick up window thrice but Shadowfax continues their practice of dropping messages from offices.

I recently ordered a few products from Zivami, and the delivery partner assigned to my order was Shadowfax_Surface. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been quite disappointing. Each day, the tracking information indicates that my order will be delivered, but by evening, the status changes to "unable to reach the customer, will try to deliver tomorrow." This pattern continues for 4-5 days, and by the sixth day, the order status shows as returned.

I mistakenly provided the wrong number earlier, and I emailed Shadowfax for correction. After that, I received a call from Shadowfax stating that my parcel would be delivered after I provided my ID proof. However, the next day, the delivery person called and said he wouldn’t be coming to deliver the parcel, but assured me that another delivery person would come the following day. When the second day passed without any delivery, I called Shadowfax again, and they confirmed that the parcel would be delivered today. But when I called the next day, I was told that my parcel had been sent back to the RTS (Return to Sender) facility and could not be delivered anymore. To make matters worse, they lied, claiming they had attempted delivery, but I had missed the call, which is completely false. Everyone involved seems to be making excuses, and their responses have been nothing but dishonest.

Parcel already opened
AWB SF1404374481FSP I have already complained about this order, it is a COD order which I paid without seeing the parcel after I looked in front of the delivery person the parcel is already opened and I refused to receive the parcel from the shadowfax delivery person. And I took video proof and have payment history, when will I get my refund money

Your delivery boy Sanket More us useless person he did not deliver the product and upon that he is writing that customer that is I am telling him to delay the product. The courier company is not interested in rectifying it's issue and has useless workers. Third class service of the courier company

same here, the delivery boy is a fraud as he do all false attempt in return then finally keep the product and show as disposal. shadofax you need to check all this .thats'why you are my last choice to pickup the order.

Order from nykka has been delayed by shadow fax.
This has happened several times now my delivery has got delayed these people deliver at 9 and 10 in the night and they expect customer to wait for the order this late what kind of service is this don't your delivery agents have some empathy firstly they don't pick the call. Nykka if you want to save your customers please change your delivery partner shadow fax has worst service.

I had ordered a parcel from AJIO, and Shadowfax Dehradun was assigned as the delivery vendor.
I have been getting an Out for Delivery message for 5 days and no attempt was made.
Being fed up with this, I reached out to the agent whose number was provided and the agent started abusing/misbehaving.
I told him that I am forced to raise a complaint .
He said , he does not care and I can do whatever I want.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and these agents should be immediately fired and a police complaint should be made on their names.
Delay in Return pickup
The return pickup person is not coming to my place to pickup the return parcel even after multiple phonecalls. He is disconnecting the phone call. Please improve your pickup service
Delivery boy's misbehavior
What's wrong with your delivery boy!He misbehaved with me..shouted on me for no reason.. When he called me and asked me about my location.. I politely asked him about his location so that I can help him with the address..He replied me "that is none of my business" with very annoying voice!I did not loose my calm and gently told him the address then he again told me angrily that he was there just few minutes before! Then I said him that " you are talking too much"..when he came he was furiously talk with me and raised voice at me and said few bad wors..I never deal with such delivery person!please trained them how to behave with customers!

Absolutely true... Worst delivery guy I faced ..He was misbehaving and shouting at the top of his voice...He has the audacity to say that I will not deliver your product coz you put complaint in my name..Well he should update that not customer is unavailable to the call ..No action taken against him .. Request strict action to be taken against him and deliver my parcel through some other delivery guy

Delivery boy contacted me at and due to some situation I was not able to pick his call so I called him after 5 min and then he was rude and asking me to collect my parcel from their office ....what is this ...first time experiencing such a worst service ....have some humanity man ...firstly my order was delayed by u guys and then u r saying like this ...I accept that I was not able to pick call but it is not like ki I have called him after 1 hour ...some one may b in puja ...in toilet ..with babies ...plz have some humanity
No call back which was promised in 24hrs & no service numbers
Super 3rd class, courier. Item @ final delivery station but not delivered. In a small state like goa where border to the other( north to south) won't take more than 2 n half hrs. No updates even after 3 days. This courier should better than shut down permanently.
