Delivery boy behaviour is very reuse and telling a lie again and again I have been called him 3 times from morning to till 5.00 Pm but he did not give any concrete response

I am Mitesh patel , my shadow fax awb no : SF2346713205FPL,
I sent a parcel of dubstep earpods to dholpur,rajastan, when RTO return came and get delivered ,when i seen inside packet inplace of dubstep earpods a imitation earrings came, where is my product, the product not reached till delivered address and from there with same awb number and same all details and returned me, and when i seen shadowfax courier done a fraud.

Many parcel I sent through shadowfax, I need help, refund me or get my earpods ..or else I have to take legal action.

Order given was of 4 cotton linens shirts but instead it had 2 pants which we haven’t just ordered. Very poor service from the outlet from which we have just ordered.

Your delivery boy is not delivering the goods at my location, he is refusing and saying if you want to take it then take it and go later, the delivery boy is rejecting the order from my side, it is deliverable to my address.There is no problem in the address, orders come from my .I want my all order on my door step

The delivery was attempted today, and the delivery executive requested an OTP for verification. However, I did not receive any OTP. He mentioned it might be a technical glitch and said he would return in an hour. Upon his return, he informed me that the mobile number associated with the delivery was incorrect, which explained the missing OTP.

To proceed, he asked for physical verification using my Aadhaar and PAN card. I agreed to show the documents for validation but clearly stated that I would not allow photocopies or pictures to be taken on his personal mobile device due to privacy concerns. Despite this, he became aggressive, started verbally abusing me, and took the parcel from UGAOO back.

What’s worse, he threatened and abused my mother during the interaction, which is absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. I reiterated my willingness to cooperate with physical verification, but he was adamant about taking copies of the documents, which I could not allow.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also threatening and violates basic standards of customer service and safety. I request that you:

Investigate this incident urgently.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against the delivery personnel involved.
Ensure my order is redelivered without further harassment or privacy violations.
Confirm that my contact details are correctly updated in your system to avoid future OTP issues.
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond at the earliest.

It's 3days before my parcel delivery date but still didn't get my parcel...how unprofessional shadowfax delivery person...

one of the worst logistics/delivery services I’ve ever dealt with, firstcry is a frequent user of this logistics.
For 4 days, their pick-up boy has been deliberately skipping my pick-up, faking attempts, and behaving rudely. Despite multiple complaints, ZERO action taken by firstcry and shadowfax.. either use Amazon or buy from retail but firstcry is the consumer online shopping market because of the association to poorly service logistics and they themselves do not do much about complaints

AJIO have chosen worst ever logistic partner who have no infrastructure.Shadowfax have no infrastructure in Jamnagar,Gujarat. They have outsourced to Bluedart.AJIO have approved return request but their delivery partner Shadowfax is not collecting product since 01.07.2025. AJIO and Shadowfax is dropping message in morning that rider was out for pick up at 600 hrs and drop a message in app that pick up attempt failed in every late evening. This system is regular. Shadowfax shares contact no of rider but when called to rider, rider replies that he is not responsible for pick up at all. Don't call on this no. AJIO is unable to punish Shadowfax and extending pick up window. AJIO have extended pick up window thrice but Shadowfax continues their practice of dropping messages from offices.

FROM 11/06/2025 STILL MY PICKUP HAS NOT BEEN DONE BY DELIVERY BOY MR. SHANWAZ GOVE FROM PANAJI GOA. EVERYTIME TELLING ME TO COME DOWNSTAIRS TO COLLECT MY PRODUCT. WHY THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE WORKING, IF HE DONE WANT TO DELIVER OR PICKUP FROM THE COSTUMER, THAN HE SHOULD REIGN FROM THE WORK.

I don’t know why nykka is choosing shadowfax for order delivery even after a lot of complaints for their delivery partners
The agent refused to reach the given address for the order delivery
He wanted me to come to him to take my order and also at sharp 8:30am
It’s not possible for a person to be on the same location 24/7
He then refused to deliver my order
I even raised a complain against him but their is now action till now
Nykka again tried to deliver my order but shadowfax again asigned the delivery to same agent who doesn’t even know how to talk
In next attempt he didn’t even called me and updated the delivery status to failed delivery as i was not available.
This is a serious issue
Please don’t give jobs to those who don’t even know how to talk
Either you take some action or we will raise the complaint at some higher platform

Still not Delivered

The worst experience i had with the worst and most rude delivery guy soooo unprofessional and sooo hopeless delivery guy Ravi Varma... I wish not to meet him again in my next order delivery
Refused to come and deliver and at night late hour he deliver which make me more frustrated

I have received other order which is not even ordered by me the dilevery agent came without calling me I thought my order came so I received but it is not my order when I tired to contact shadowfax they are saying my number is not in list of e commerce I want my 350 back worst dilevery

I have ordered one product on Jan 9. But still I have not received yet.but tracking details shows its delivery within 1 or w days.

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue regarding a delivery made on January 20, 2025. The delivery agent handed over my parcel without verifying the OTP and delivered it to the wrong person. This is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Shadowfax’s service standards. Even after mailing in your mail ID there’s no response. This very disappointing, as a customer i am suffering as it was paid order and someone else is using. Non of your cared.

I ordered a product form Myntra. I opted from return. First two times my pickup failed. Then I contacted the delivery boy says me that they don't provide service to our address. So handover that to some other guy they send. And now status is showing me that pick up cancelled by customer.

Hi I have order a baby liquid detergent from Meesho and the product is received in shadowfax madurai dc on December 3rd but today it’s dec 12 there is no further update and I haven’t yet received my product.

Delivery Guy is very rude and wasted around 20 minutes just to drop the order. First he calls to drop the order and ask about the address when we speak he puts call on hold. After that he tells me that he has been waiting for 15 mins although he called just now.
Once he comes to the place. He does not tell he is waiting. When I try to callback since he has not called back, he shouts at me telling that he is waiting from past 15 minutes. How would I know he is waiting down across the street.
One of the worst delivery service I have received. Again that to I have go down and search him to collect the order as he was not guiding were to collect.

I am from west Punjabi Bagh in new delhi your rider very rude and dirty working because 2 time 14 nov and 15 nov my order not delivered and update customer was not present 2nd time he pick my phone and asked me I can't deliver your parcel because today I deliver parcel only east Punjabi bagh and next day delivery sure but update given me customer was not present now I make call again then he was sleeping what services you provide sick man

I am reaching out to urgently escalate an issue with our order pickups, which have been completely halted for over a month. Following a complaint about a former pickup person, it has come to our attention that Mr. Satyam Dixit {Lucknow} and Mr. Abdul may be instructing staff to avoid collecting our orders due to personal grievances. This unprofessional conduct is severely disrupting our business operations and damaging customer satisfaction.

We request immediate intervention to investigate and restore regular pickups. Your prompt action is greatly appreciated to resolve this issue.

The delivery experience was terrible.
I ordered from Nykaa. What kind of service is this? Shadowfax provides the worst service! The delivery person called, said he was at the location, and asked for the OTP, which I shared. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there at the time, so I requested him to give the product to our building owner on the first floor. Normally, our building owner and his wife receive our deliveries. However, the delivery guy didn’t hand the product to him.

Never had such a bad experience. Yesterday my courier was not delivered and your delivery boy first said he is coming by afternoon then updated that customer is non contactable and blocked my number. Today another delivery boy is talking since morning that he is coming and now he is also non contactable.
I have shared my location with company as well as delivery boy but till now no delivery done.
Worst company.

Do not get this delivery service. Delivery agent just faked the delivery and I didn't get my parcel yet And he just misbehaved on call worst Meesho delivery service

You and your Lalitpur (U.P.) partners are frauds...His Delivery boy named Rajesh Kumar took back my exchange product after receiving OTP from my side and now it's showing "exchange is successful". How disgusting people you are.Shame on you.

My order from flipkart was not delivered. I got the message "Out For Delivery" for the consecutive 3 days. At the end of each day their updation was "could not be delivered as the customer was not cantactable". Shadowfax harassed me for 3 days. After that they updated that "the shipment is being sent to original". Don't ever rely on shadowfax. It is the worst of the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life.

First of all, my sincere apologies to say that your service is very bad.As I requested for item exchange from Meesho, I waited for 3 days for exchange as per the message I got from Shadowfax, and finally the delivery boy cancelled the order. Again, I requested a return through the Meesho website on 19/09/24. It's been 4 days, and I am getting messages like your request is on hold. My order from Meesho has taken more than a month unnecessarily due to your service. If you don't have delivery or something else, please do not stay in the field.

Shadow fax is hopeless. They never contact you. Each time they give the reason as consignee is not available and they never make any attempt to deliver the consignment . The suppliers please donot partner with this courier for delivery .

Worst customer service and worst people to partner with these guys have been delaying my return pickup for over 10 days and everyday I put a complaint about the same and no one ever contacted me after 10days I get to know that they have been assigning wrong delivery person and he has been denying to pickup my order

The order was a prepaid order but the delivery man insisted that it was cash on delivery, he took the money again and when i provided him proof he said he cannot give my money and ill be refunded it is ₹680 and he said i will be refunded within a week and it has been two weeks the guy wont reply to me and i also contacted shadow fax they said that i will be refunded but iam yet to be refunded any money whatsoever

Your delivery boy Sanket More us useless person he did not deliver the product and upon that he is writing that customer that is I am telling him to delay the product. The courier company is not interested in rectifying it's issue and has useless workers. Third class service of the courier company

How to return the product which you haven't ordered...and till when I will get my refund

This has happened several times now my delivery has got delayed these people deliver at 9 and 10 in the night and they expect customer to wait for the order this late what kind of service is this don't your delivery agents have some empathy firstly they don't pick the call. Nykka if you want to save your customers please change your delivery partner shadow fax has worst service.

I had ordered a parcel from AJIO, and Shadowfax Dehradun was assigned as the delivery vendor.
I have been getting an Out for Delivery message for 5 days and no attempt was made.

Being fed up with this, I reached out to the agent whose number was provided and the agent started abusing/misbehaving.
I told him that I am forced to raise a complaint .
He said , he does not care and I can do whatever I want.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and these agents should be immediately fired and a police complaint should be made on their names.

What's wrong with your delivery boy!He misbehaved with me..shouted on me for no reason.. When he called me and asked me about my location.. I politely asked him about his location so that I can help him with the address..He replied me "that is none of my business" with very annoying voice!I did not loose my calm and gently told him the address then he again told me angrily that he was there just few minutes before! Then I said him that " you are talking too much"..when he came he was furiously talk with me and raised voice at me and said few bad wors..I never deal with such delivery person!please trained them how to behave with customers!
