Refund request raised many times. Everytime i get is a lie that refund is initiated. It has been 3 weeks now.

I have not revived my refund from snitch and it has been more tha a month. They said they processed it but when I checked in the bank the bank said they haven’t received it. Please look into the matter at the earliest or there will be harsh consequences
I have placed a return order
I have placed a return order for 2 item, for which first u alloted the shadowfax as return pickup partner, i handed over the order to shadowfax and later u changed the return pickup agent to delhivery. I already handed over the order, but its showing on your app that the order couldn’t be picked up. I have trying to contact snitch but no response. Kindly look into the matter at earliest.

Request for Resolution – Wrong Product Delivered (Order No. 5929
Dear Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing regarding Order Number: 5929362, placed on 27-11-2025. I had ordered a different model of shoes, but I received the wrong product.
I raised a return request, and I was informed through your message that a pickup agent would contact me within 2 to 3 working days. However, the delivery person did not come to collect the item.
Now, the status is showing “We cannot return this item right now,” which is very disappointing and confusing. The mistake is from your side as the wrong product was delivered, and I should be eligible for a return or replacement.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange the return pickup or initiate a replacement at the earliest.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Same issue I'm also facing I'm trying hard to return my shirt which I have purchased but they just send OTP and no one comes for pickup for 7 days then they says that pick-up is been cancelled due to your unavailability.
No point of contact. Return and refund policy is completely bogus. Think 10 times before you place order on snitch.

I have ordered three shirts and one pant and I like one shirt and pant and I want to return two shirts so I kept return, then delivery guy came next day , he took only one shirt and still in the app it is showing it will be picked soon which I have already returned and I still didn't get any refund.
And another shirt is still with me they are just sending the OTPs. So, there is no response at @snitch.com , please dont order anything from snitch
