Terrible service at shobha isle cochin
Dear all
I have been an unfortunate customer of shobha where I booked shobha isle multiple years ago, the project never took off multiple delays and even the final design was not what I picked. I expressed my desire to get out of this mess and have been chasing shaji for over a year, infact he did commit thag the initial deposit of Rs. 5 lakhs would be paid back but it’s been so many years of delay to even solve this. Now erven emails have no response, this is the worst service I have seen and I am glad I didn’t go ahead with this.
