I have ordered mutton and it was full of blood and smelling stink and was rotten I applied for help with Swiggy Instamart team but they are not giving me my refund or replacement of my order help me out with this issue and when I'm calling for my issue they are saying that my number is not registered how can you say though I have ordered with the same mobile same number and this was not my first order, you made very disappointed!!!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a prepaid order I placed on 23 August 2025 at 6:16 PM via the Swiggy app from Manohar Dairy, Hamidia Road, Bhopal.
and the payment was successfully made.

According to the Swiggy app, the order was marked as delivered on 24 August 2025 at 5:36 AM by delivery partner Mr. Amar Chandra Sahu, without sharing the OTP required for delivery confirmation. However, I would like to bring to your attention that the items have not been delivered to me at all, and I have not received any communication or resolution regarding this issue.

This incident occurred on my birthday, when I had special guests at my home, and the non-delivery of the order caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment. Despite the order being marked as delivered, I have not received the items or any refund.

I request you to:

Investigate this matter urgently.

Take appropriate action against the delivery partner involved.

Process a full refund for the undelivered order.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the local police authorities and pursue legal action through the consumer court to seek justice.

Please treat this matter with urgency and inform me of the steps being taken.

I ordered food from Swiggy by mistake selected another address I asked them to change my address but didn't given me that option and charged cancellation fees.about 472rs cancellation what is this policy whole amount will be deducted.i want my refund otherwise I'm taking a strict action against Swiggy.ill talk to my lawyer.if someone ordered for 1000 rs thena lso you will deduct the whole amount it's a very big amount if you guyz don't get this we also work hard to earn but what is this behaviour towards your customer this is not acceptable.from next time no one is going to order from Swiggy.

I have some issues with dove peach bodywash. The product is not smelling good. I am not satisfied with the product quality. Help center is not resolving the issue. And they r not replying to my emails. I have sent mails 7 days back still no response

I ordered last night a pizza a veg parcel or cook and the Domino's man has cancelled the order because of that they do not deliver the location I living so I said him please deliver if you not delivering them give my refund and I paid from net banking and he was answered me that the refund was takes 7 days to credit in my bank account so that I have a question for swiggy if I have to pay when I ordered the food then you have to refund the money when you cancel the order why you will take 7 days is too much unnecessary for customers ok and I thinking right now swiggy has worst service from the delivery boy and also the restaurants there is a best app it's Zomato they will refund they will deliver at a good quality product I last time I ordered biryani or a coke okay so where is good not bad but packing is not good and the Coke I have a bottle but not go I have only the empty bottle thank you for the empty bottle swiggy and I will advise for swiggy please resolve your services and delivery

Recently order two item payment has been paid but restaurant has declined one item and swiggy not return my amoumt second by mistake i have cancelled order that money also not refunded. In both case they not refund my any amount so dont purchase from swiggy try zomato its a best app to order online food and there was option for cash on delivery.

Actually the phone which we were using for swiggy partner aap it has been lost so we need to change the phone number.
Due to this issue we cannot use the swiggy partner app so how to do it please show us the way.

Sir me jab bhi koi zomato se order karna chata hu tab isme mere cash on delivery ka option nhi aa raha jiski wagah se me zomato app se kuch bhi online order nhi de paa raha hu.

Bahut dino se main swiggy connect form fill up kar raha hu par mera shift change me koi response nahi mil raha hai.
Aur jab v main hub me call kar raha hu fon v received nhi kar raha hai, uska name hai RANA KARMAKAR kolkata nager bazar me hub hai

Getting 1 orders after 50 mins and there were so far up to 8 klms updown TEMP and regular id partners less payment for this
