TATA play Set top box not working last two days
Set Top box of Tata Play is not working since last two days. Message appears on the TV ‘No signal’. Received SMS message‘ service will resume in two hours’ but never resumed. Contacted their call center and guy says every time “there’s technical problem and it will be rectified in two hours” and it never resumed. Talked to senior executive but no solution. What kind is service it is?

TATA SKY SET TOP NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS & POOR SERVICE
My tata sky settop box having sound issue from last 10-15 days, for which i have raised the complaint to get issue sort out but since last 10 days there is not resolution on issue.
Would like to suggest in public domain please don't select such poor service provider in competitive market.
The system is full proof to recover the money from customer only, your subscription cant go beyond if not recharging on same day. immediately your service getting disconnect.

Pathetic service and no resolution of problem
I tried all four customer care numbers for two days...no success. They do not connect and even if they do...the call drops after standard response of call back in 10 minutes, which never happens in next 10-24 hours. Nodal officers too not reachable or responsive ! Only thing Tata sky is good at is sending reminders for recharge but zero commitment to customer problem resolution !

I have seen these Sony Max +1, Star Gold +1, Zee Cinema +1, Colors +1, Sony +1, Zee TV +1, Star Plus +1, +1 while subscription of Dhamaka (non-HD) package of 220 Rs (2420 Rs annual) but not able to find this in service I got.
If you can't provide, you should not show while subscription. I don't want to know any hidden reasons. Whatever problems you have should be mentioned in this page upfront.
Now don't give excuse like you don't have HD subscription or you have HD setup box. If this is a reason, you should have not allowed me to subscript this pack with attached list of channels.
Is my mistake I am using HD setup box as I cannot afford Additional HD services of 175 Per Month (1925 Annual) just for viewing them on HD.
I am already paying for Base pack (242O to 616O) + Addon Pack + Additional services.
If you can't afford then those missing channels from base pack then those should not be listed in Base pack or you should have conditional sign and line below it mentioning that this will be applicable with a,b,c etc conditions.

Complain against Rupali at customer service number
This is to registera complaint against your Tata Sky call centre service personnel Rupali phone number . Please don’t hire people who don’t know how to speak with customers. Through attitude and falter at commintments. Utterly ridiculed by this service. I think I need a call and an apology for the entire insident from Tata Sky. Definitely not done.

My Setup box stop working and I complained online, technician visited my hose and replaced the setup box device on the 13th August 2017 (the device has mentioned 12 months of warranty period) without giving me any document for the warranty and receipt for the payment which I made on the 14th August 2017. I got the email Statement for the transactions where it’s clearly charged for the visit of Rs. 599.74
Within a year on the 18th July 2018 setup box device again got stop to start, I called the tata sky executive and explained the case. Again, the technician came to my home replaced the device where it’s mentioned device has 12 months of the warranty period and it’s reflected on my tata sky account warranty end date as 17th July 2019.
I raised the query and communicated with the complain # 16D75Y9F, I was informed issue will get resolved within 24 or 48 hours from the nodal officer where I had chat with the three executives explaining my case, no one responded to my email from help [at] tatasky [dot] com, nodalofficer [at] tatasky [dot] com.
I have the transaction statement for the Period: 01/08/17 to 31/08/17, Current month July 2018 transaction details where it’s charged 400.00 as Hdlg Chrgs of HD Swap box and 100.00 as Service Visit on 19 Jul 2018, the chat receipt where I conveyed the case.

but no work is done. I and my family have been deprived of viewing "T.V" from 19th june 2013 till date for no fault from our side, the
connection is showing a deactive status inspite of paying the due subscription. On several occasions i have been told (fake promises) that the
problem will be resolved within 24 hours but since 19th june your field team is still working on it. I strongly feel that i am being harassed for
reasons best known to you. There is a complete apathy and lethargy from your department in addressing the issue. I wonder whether the same

Sir this in the reference regarding zeetos gift redemption offer. I have redemed 9200 zeetos against lightining roller skete on dated 02/12/12 and call came to me on 04/12/12 that your gift will be delivered with in 12 days through First fligh couriour and after 16/12/12 I called at your mumbai gift distribution office and the reply was same and i called 10 times and the reply was same and I letf yhe folloup and one day one call came from banglore that your gift has been recieved by you on 11/12/12 pdr no is B58241459.How it is possible when mumbai office reply me that your gift will be deluvered up 20/12/12.I called to first flight but they bothered to pick up the call from last 20 days. complaint for bad service of tata sky
it has not been working from last 1week.my connection is the name of Yogesh Rane and my id is1006662413.i filed my complained more then ten times but till time i didn't get any response till now my first complain was on 21st Dec.2012,meanwhile i registered my complained in senior department some of them taken 24 hours,some of them taken48 hours and some of them taken 72 hours but still i didn't get any response from any of them.still my problem is the same. Tatasky HD two of four settop boxes are defective since 18th Jun
2 of 4 set top boxes developed defect on 18th June,2012,technicial came after 2 days and confirmed defect in HDMI output in both,since then no one has turned up solve the problem and I have been getting new workorders daily with assurence that it would be resolved the same day,but even after 8 days,the set top boxes are not replaced and we have been deprived of watching tv programmes all these days.I do not want to continue using tatasky,hence I request tatasky to take away all four connections and refund my money so that I can install some other better service provider.

I am an Army Officer & TataSky user since last 8-10 yrs (ID - 1013965932).I had ordered movie on Showcase-London Paris New York-on 21 Apr 12 at 9:20pm, as the movie started at 9:15pm.However,the movie didnt start for sometime.I sent the SMS "SR" to 56633 from my registered mobile.I have both SMS responses saved with time.When nothing happened after that also,I gave 3-4 calls to Tata Sky Customer Care.I spoke to your representative Rohini & senior executive - Savita, who assured me that either the order would be cancelled or postponed by one day,so that at least I can watch the Complete movie,& not half.But as expected,finally TataSky started the movie at 10:45pm (1 & a half hour movie already gone by then).I again called Tata Sky customer care twice,but Anubha & Intekhab refused to help.In fact I was told that all senior officials are busy & nobody can attend to my complaint. Is this the kind of Customer Service Tata Sky offers to its customers? Then I don't have an option but to make a complaint to Consumer COurt & the Newspapers, so that at least people get educated about the services provided by Tata Sky. I want Rs50 refunded as I was not able to watch the movie that I ordered.

have been harrsed by TATA SKY firstly they had delivered faulty HD
PLUS BOX to my premises and after waiting for 8 days changed it with

and now By mistake i had read your Advertisment Regarding Free
Ethernet wiring for VOD and as i had made request for this on 11 dec
and your engineer visited my site without wire just to check it and
promised to come in evening with wire but to my surprised i recived
message from TATA SKY on the same day that i have been served so as
Ethernet wiring was not done in mt TATA SKY PLUS i made a request

Gayathri, my daughter, a journalist, had taken a Tatasky service a few years ago. A few months ago there was some trouble in viewing our television. we had a hell of time in locating the service centre's phone number and its location. however, we found out the contact number and informed the centre about the trouble we faced in viewing our television but the response from the other end was not at all encouraging. They asked me to contact over toll free number which is nothing but a tortuous exercise causing unwanted tension, waste of time and energy. anyway that was set right after a long time.
I had paid a sum of Rs.600 towards recharge to M/s Kodi, your agency in Coimbatore in July this year. Now also there is some trouble in viewing my television. My wife and I have been contacting them to send some one to rectify the fault. They told us that the fault would be rectified within 24 hours but none has shown up even though four fulls days have passed by.
Some time they ask us to contact the Chennai service. Does that mean that the service man will all the way from Chennai to Coimbatore to rectify a TV set?
We are very much fed up with this kind of shoddy service. either you take immediate action or we will be constrained to disconnect your service.

they behaved in a bad temper in their call centre
pls never recommend any body to take connection.
complaint for bad service of tata sky
i took a connection of Tata sky in 2009,but it has not been working from last five months.my connection is the name of Ramprit Yadav and my id is 1034566503.i filed my complained more then ten times but till time i didn't get any response till now my first complain was on 16 July 2011,meanwhile i registered my complained in senior department.(1)Anupama,(2)Rohit,(3)Deepika.some of them taken 24 hours,some of them taken48 hours and some of them taken 72 hours but still i didn't get any response from any of them.still my problem is the same. Please take some action against them.and solve my problem as soon as possible.
Deficient Service
Tata sky has the worst aftersales service of all the existing DTH companies, even my local cable man gives better service than them. All that they are interested in is that you buy their service and once you have they dont know you anymore. To get service from them is like tryingto get blood from a stone.
For anyone wanting to get a new DTH connection I would advise you go with any other service.

Sir, Tata sky is very hopless. Services are very poor. I am having three setup boxes. Out of one is not working since 12 days. The box has been replaced three times but failed to give performance. Tata sky people are making BAHANE as boxes are not availabe in their stock. Being a old customer I am paying Rs 6000/- per year excluding rent of boxes i.e, Rs.480/- pm. for complete channels. But no attention is being paid by Tata sky. Thanks for the poor service.
Tata sky is befooling customers by way of showing bonus on recharge etc. Basically, the company is charging very high amount for which it does not deserve. Since no proper service is being provided. Hopeless and poor show. I will not recommend any one to buy the hopeless tata sky.

Tata Sky not functioning since Tuesday 2nd August
Since Tuesday 2nd August 2011 Tata Sky was not functioing at my residence. Contacted your local engineers/customer care who had confirmed that there is some upgradation in the process.
Wednesday 3rd one engineer had come but did not carry a set top box with him and confirmed that he will come next day and fix the same
Thursday 4th and Friday 5th same problem with no proper service nor response from your customer care centre.
Saturday 6th August your office staff confirmed that it will take another 5 days for the set top box to be installed.
THIS IS THE SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM YOUR TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AND OFFICIALS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY OF SPEAKING TO A CLIENT NOR GIVE PROPER REPLY TO THE QUERRY RAISED.

not replacing my digicom despite verious complaints
My work order refrence no. is;1-10836806496 posted on 16/07/2011, but still not obiliged,
NO POWER SUPPLY IN SET TOP BOX.
There is no power supply in my set top box from yesterday morning. Today noon (between 1.30 to 2.00 pm) I made contact to their western zone, they told me that I will be called back me within 2 hours. But till now no one has contacted me.

useless aftersales service
most useless call centre staff . my tatasky service is defective for last 15 days but everytime i ring i get useless reply that it will be attended in 48 hrs`15 days has passed. what options ,,throw the dish and get some other brand,go to consumer court and sue for harrassment. do u have time. i think senior management shall see problems and let some head roll or cancell service centre for bringing bad name to the company. my id is 1027155066
