Delay and non availability of buses
Respected RTC management,
This is a bitter experience for me every time,as per the showcased timings buses are not available,every time if we asks enquiry or concern person they use to give silly excuses,if you people can't serve the citizens as per your mentioned timings,pls remove all flexys and timing boards ,so the passengers will not get fooled ,every person will have their own priorities,
Hope this msg will be considered and will take positive action towars it

I was booked the ticket from tirupathi to anathapur at 11 pm bus but unfortunately the bus engine was not started we waited still 1.30 am so was waxed and complaint the tirupathi comtorl OFFICE he was left the call spoke card Lesley we asked ahe driver please provide the another bus he said we asking but he said they not interested to provide another bus so please take a action on service how we provide the services to customer in govt sector so please don't book to the apsrtc services it worrest and Waste so before we think and book the bus because if any problems facing a services we didn't contact the certain person in the services and if know and ask the person they fell AND BEHAVE LIKEA CM
Much negligence employees... Making passengers fool
Very bad to share this. Apsrtc police behaves very rudely with the passengers. Not working properly. I want customer portal number to complaint.
I didnt find any customer care number to share my worst experience.
Its a shameless to entire apsrtc.
They should be fire off immediately for this ridiculous behaviour towards passengers

Selling more than MRP rate in main TIRUPATHI bus stand
Shop keepers are selling the cool drinks minimum 5 rupees to 10 rupees extra on all goods like cool drinks and other stuffs
Unhygenic toilets, despite collecting five RS for urinals
Hi Sir,
Though every where it is mentioned no charges for urinals at plat form 1 in Tirupati bustand, they are collecting 5₹. Evnen then they are not maintained at all. They are worst and stinking.
No point of advertising swach bharath if it's like this. Please request you take action immediately.
Bus timing improper - FROM Tirupati to Chennai(Madhavaram)

Why is this improper timings?
5 Hours to Madhavaram and Driver says ROAD is not GOOD,If that is case change timing in online so that we will book accordingly.
so that we will book 1 hour early ,if your timings are correct.
30 min late is fine at-least 1 hours can be adjusted, 2 hours late.
Continue of CAT card

Please continue the CAT card facility, you are saying change problem, if you round of the fare to multiplies of 5 rs
Then u can make also concession fare to some roundup value.
Kindly continue CAT cards please..

Tirupati to Nellore bus services is too late
Dear sir,
I am requesting please provide the bus services of Tirupati To Nellore as by Apsrtc timings not as by the Drivers timings, why iam questioning means daily i am seeing on 6:45 to 7:45 in this one hour my knowledge minimum 20 min one bus will get as per apsrtc, but the drivers will doing come all are in at a time like one by one buses like ants, i hope you will rectify the problem .

A.C. is not working
A.C. is not working and conductor is making fool to all passenger. He is saying that after two hours A.C will be worked. it is not good. Because ur goodwill will be effected .next time no one passenger will be there in ur A.C. Bus. ur vehicle no.9483 which is started from madhubani at 8.10 today for Patna.
