Cancellation And Refund
- For any query/complaint regarding cancellation and refund you can contact the customer support team.
- The Security Deposit will be fully refunded under these conditions:
- You submit a refund request letter with original application form copy, reason for cancellation, full address, consumer code, and contact number
- Removal of PNG equipment from your home, if applicable
- Payment of disconnection charges (as per current rates) and clearing of all dues.
- In case premise of the customer is found technically not feasible for supplying PNG
- In case of non-availability of necessary statutory permissions.
- Any other reasons as and when specified by Statutory Authorities in its notifications.
- You can send the refund application at the details given below:
