I ordered a top from urbanic a few days ago and I gave the wrong address. I realized this after the order was shipped. Now I am not able to get a refund, cancel the order, nor change the address of the order. The customer service is the worst. And so is the chatbhot on whatsApp. Update your technology. Almost every other e commerce site - myntra, flipkart, Amazon, have proper, easy to use cancellation and address changing methods. Update yours or else I will not use your site and I will encourage others not to do so as well
Giving a run around when it comes to return and refund
I had ordered two dresses from urbanic which because of fitting issues i opted for return. However, even after the return request being accepted it has been more than a month and the dresses have not been picked up yet. After multiple emails all i get in reply is that it has been scheduled for this date and that date and it is never picked up. The next email i recieve says that your issue has been resolved. I have sent more than a dozen emails and the same thing is keeps on repeating as if in a loop.

hey I ordered a product from urbanic online from urbanic site.
I orders this product on 24 Feb and also make the payment of 891/- online.
they promise that they will deliver my product on 10 mar.
but now after checking on DELHIVERY app they said they deliver the product on next day.
Also we can not be able to contact in urbanic and they are not even reply my emails.

I order a 3 dresses from urbanic on 31 st may but it was not shipped from last 9 days. The last tracking updated is 4 th june. Still not shipped. And i did the payment on the day of i order. Delivery date is 13 to 17 june but still not shipped i dont what to do.

I returned a Pocket wide leg jeans along with few more items and all of them passed the quality check but i only recived my refund for 3 item but for Pocket Wide Leg Jeans its showing REFUND FAILED how can that be possible because all other items i returned are showing RETURN PROCESSED and the money is reflecting in my account but for the jeans its showing REFUND FAILED please HELP

I ordered a product. We made payment through phonepe. Payment success. But delivery man returned the product saying payment confirmation msg not received. They didn't deliver product and also didn't refund money. We are asking for the past 2 months. Very worst.

The agent was abusive on the call, made rude remarks and the complete opposite of what his job requires of him. Undignified man with zero braincells.
I have tried multiple times to figure out my return but have been unable to do so and was eventually called derogatory names by their agent. Pathetic service.
Didn’t receive what I ordered
I ordered a coat and two accessories(accessories that are non returnable)
But the product I received is not the coat, its something else.
And I did not even receive the accessories.
My return has been rejected countless times now.
First they reject it asking to resubmit it with more pictures of what I ordered. Then when I submit again with more pictures it was getting auto rejected each time within 5 seconds.
Finally after 1 day i was able to submit the return and now they are saying that we dispatched correct item only.
I am in so much regret now, never faced this level of betrayal in any of my online shopping experience.
How can you lie about dispatching the good product when I did not even receive it?

I ordered top from your side delivery was on showing on 27 I was in office and I was not known by if I’ll get it today I wanted it in urgent when delivery boy called I was in office and phone was on dnd after half and hour of call I checked it and I called back delivery boy said now I’ll get my order after 4days what why if I want it today only and I said either Ill take it after my work he was not ready for that too and was asking me to come to another place to pick it up if I put delivery location already why would I’ll go somewhere else to pick it up.
