I HAD PURCHASED 1.5 TON SPLIT AC FROM VIJAY SALES OUTLET AT SECTOR 7 DWARKA NEW DELHI ON 25/5/2024
I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANUFACTURING WILL BE BETWEEN DEC 23 TO MARCH 24 .BUT I WAS GIVEN OUTDOOR UNIT MANUFACTURED IN APRIL 20424 AND INDOOR UNIT IN APRIL 2023 . EVEN ON REPEATED REQUESTS TO SALES TEAM ( INCLUDING TEAM MANAGER MR.SURYA PRAKASH )MY INDOOR UNIT WAS NOT CHANGED.THSI SHOWS TEH CARELESS ATTITUDE OF SALES TEAM ONCE THE BILLING AND PAYMENT IS DONE.
