The amount is debited from my bank account however it is still not deposited to my wazirx account and it's almost a week now. Would like to know what's happening..
In a highly fluctuating market like cryptocurrency, if we do not have the funds in our wallet at the right time, then what's the whole point?
How can anybody benefit from your platform?
Please address this issue ASAP.
Even if I raise a ticket concerning this issue, I only get an automated email with some irrelevant message, but nobody addresses my query.

I am facing Similar problem.
I have been trying to transfer from Bank to Wzirx account so that I can invest but my bank recognized Wazirx account as Invalid Account. I am trying to reach customer support but they are sending auto replies and proper response.

Is Wazirx really a Legal company or just another Fraud company. Cos the IFSC code also looks phony PYTM0123456.

I have lost my 2F authentication recovery code on 6th April and I have raised a request on that day itself , then I got the reply mail asking to send related proof and I have sent the related proof.
Then I got the second reply as to send once again the related proof since the proof which I have sent is blurred then I have sent the related proof which they asked me to send again with the right hand visible in the photo on 6th it self.
I have not got reply mail to enable my 2F authentication till now(14th).
I have raised the request twice with the related proofs (3 photos which are not blurred).Eventhough I have not got reply mail to enable my 2F authentication till now(14th).
