My amount 1000 is not refunded yet which was transferred on 15/07/2023 to Wazirx HDFCBANK account via TPT transfer through my Axis bank account to Zanmai Labs Pvt Ltd. I have sent email through different channels but no response yet.
Please refund money and please take immediate action.

Due to closure of UPI Money transfer to wallet we are unable to deposit money through upi payment and for net banking transfer our bank is not in your list so request you add for net banking of sbi/hdfc bank/axis bank so that we can easily transferred fund to wallet and start trading asap . Hope that you will do the needful asap.

I have deposited 2000 to top up my WazirX wallet on 25-Jun-2021.

The transaction was through UPI Airpay mode.

Amount is deducted from my bank account but still not credited to my wallet neither reverted back to my savings account till now.

Please help me on this on priority.

I recently created an account on Wazirx app, did my KYC and also linked my UPI address to your app. Now the UPI is verified but no option for money deposition is showing up. Bank transaction are always in pending. Even your support mail replies are dodging the main points of the complain.
