Insensitive ads
Hi,
I had recently seen Ad featuring Indian Women Cricketers. The ad is okay. But is it necessary to show people how wear it? Do you people think women are that much dumb that they don't know how wear it? Watching it with family members "how to wear it" episode makes it uncomfortable for everybody. Is your marketing insensitive towards the public or society they are dealing with? Thank God you people are not making condoms.
I would like to complain
I would like to complain about the Whisper advertisement telecast on your channel. I found the advertisement uncomfortable and inappropriate to watch with my children. Please review the content and consider whether it is suitable for family and children’s viewing. I request you to take appropriate action regarding this advertisement.
Packaging of pads
Recently bought a pack of the whisper ultra with the curve wear technology in XL+ size. I noticed that the packaging of the individual pads was missing the small white glue tab that opens the pad which has been replaced with a normal one time adhesive packaging. Other whisper packs like the whisper ultra night ones (black one) that I usually use have this glue tab. This glue tab makes it easy and mess free to package used pads when a new one is opened as the used pack can be securely packed in the wrapper. Without this glue tab, its quite inconvienient to dispose used pads especially when on the go as newspapers or disposal papers may not be available everywhere making it messy to dispose. Just a suggestion to incorporate glue tabs in all pads for easy disposal.
Quality of Maxifit L Wings degraded.
Dear Whisper,
My wife has been using Maxifit L Wings since 2011. Now you have increased the price but lowered the quality.The last price was ₹185 with good quality. Now, even after GST reduction, the price soared to ₹225 but quality is compromised. Earlier, it used to come in a blue wrap which was far better and working good. Now with the new Package my wife feels uncomfortable using it. No issue with price rise but bring back the quality it had earlier.
My wife doesn't use other pads beside this.
All users of Maxifit might be facing the problem with the new Package.
Please tell your manager, quality checker and whoever you want to but bring the earlier quality.
Request to Continue Whisper Koala Sanitary Pads

I have been a regular user of this product and truly appreciate its softness, larger size, and overall comfort. It has worked perfectly for me compared to other variants available in the market.
I was disappointed to learn that it may be discontinued. Many customers like me rely on this specific product because of its quality and comfort, especially during heavy flow days. I kindly request you to reconsider this decision or let us know if it will continue under a different name or variant.
If there are any plans to relaunch or restock, I would be grateful for an update. Thank you for taking customer feedback seriously.

Complain about quality
Sorry to but on a serious note After new addition in pad, it's quality is too worst it's like thermocol sheet hard, skin problem like itching & rashes overall quality is very bad. SO requesting to please improve quality or do like before new packing pad was too good like not long lasting. I hope you understand my problem might be possible so many female facing this issue so requesting to please improve quality its like price is hike but quality is low please don't compromise with the quality I am writing this issue in this time because I am also suffering this problem so please it's all about female health & I don't have a problem with price but I have problem with quality of whisper pad product , please improve the quality
