Amount Deducted via Auto renewal but subscription didnot activate

as previously commented that since 3 months i am facing issue regarding helotune and still not resolved
and yu take subscription also but still same

I am unable to set hellotunes. Everytime I try to do so, a text shows that says "we a are unable to set hellotunes due to some issues.try again after sometime." I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

Hey I want cradles song be available on app to set it as my callertune

I have a problem. Actually I had login wynk through my temporary number and done subscription. Now, that number had been deactivated. Thus, I am unable to login my account as I can't enter the OTP. What should I do to get my account back. Please help and let me know a solution. I love this app very much. Please help me.

As i am tried to set caller tune from wyn music and i have tried it many times but whenever i select the song for caller tune it gives me the notification message of congratulations your caller tune time period is this and this and you can renew it in this and this time period and as your caller tune will be activated shortly but after this my caller tune is not activated. As i have tried the same thing many times but i always get the same thing so please help me. Please provide some solution for this please....

I download Wynk music app & select a song at my airtel number, but I heard that song is not playing as per full call time, that song playing only one line.
Please help me how that song playing full time when somebody call me.
