Hi I had forgotten my password and changed sim after going abroad which resulted in phone asking for password for yahoo mail in mobile. I had a google account option but ended up making a new yahoo account with google mail username but it was actually brand new yahoo mail app which started asking for access to gmail. To stop this I ended up removing gmail also from phone . My register mobile number from abroad is not getting any otp so cannot use it for forgotten password . I cannot access my yahoo mail and gmail now and change password option not available for that also. Please help.

Im a user of yahoo since 2006 ,never this thing happened to me.im locked out of yahoo mail,not able to recover my account.recovery account is linked and phone number too but im getting code only on mail not on phone number.but even after writting code via mail clicking on next ... it says uh..oh we cant recover your account online because there is no other options on file for your account.!!!

My yahoo account has been locked up along and I try to recover it takes me to the "verify you are not a robot" and when I complete that task it states that a verification code was sent to the exact same email I was trying to recover!!! How can I get a code from and account that I cannot access.

Who can I call to get this resolved.

Buna ziua. Am doua conturi pe yahoo, iar de cateva zile, la unul din e-mail (corneliu_b77 [at] yahoo [dot] com), in fiecare zi imi cere sa reintroduc parola pentru a ma conecta din nou si pentru a sincroniza casuta postala. Care este problema, pentru ca doar la una din casuta postala face aceasta problema, cealalta functioneaza foarte bine, fara sa imi ceara zilnic sa ma conectez din nou. Aceeasi problema apare si pe aplicatia yahoo pe android, dar numai daca intru prima data pe browser, pot sa ma conectez, apoi automat se sincronizeaza si aplicatia yahoo mail pe telefon. Ce pot sa fac in cazul acesta, caci este enervant si apoi, nu tot timpul am un compiuter cu mine sa ma pot conecta de pe browser. Va multumesc!

Hello. I have two yahoo accounts, and for a few days now, at one of the e-mails (corneliu_b77 [at] yahoo [dot] com), every day he asks me to re-enter the password to log in again and to synchronize the mailbox. What is the problem, because only one in the mailbox does this problem, the other works very well, without asking me daily to reconnect. The same problem appears on the yahoo application on android, but only if I enter the browser for the first time, I can connect, then the yahoo mail application on the phone automatically syncs. What can I do in this case, because it is annoying and then, not always I have a computer with me to be able to connect from the browser. Thank you!
