Fraud they are selling products by not mentioning the policy

SWIMMING TRUNKS falls under the swim wear category which is non-refundable as per our return policy.

they say this however they hide the policy from the main page and later they ask to refer special policy

I Completely understand that it falls under non-refundable policy and very shameful and referring to a Special policy .

HOWEVER IN INDIA, AS PER THE

damaged product

This is regarding invoice number : C12140
This is in reference to the product UK 8 (Eur 42) Minimilist Lace up Trainers 1063.
I have attached the pics of the damage in the shoe. I took the shoes for exchange to the Zara retail store in Palladium Lower Parel. A salesman named Krunal told to wait and left for the top floor and started doing the billing for another customer . He was attentive .
This is not the kind of service which is expected from Zara.

return policy is pathetic

I bought a pair of shoes before I traveled to Canada. To my shock, the sole of the shoe came off within days while I was in Canada. in addition to the inconvenience caused, it was really embarrassing. I had no option but to buy another shoe
after I came back to India, I immediately got in touch with the ZARA customer service team over the phone and chat. I gave them the entire details along with pics of shoes. However, there was no empathy shown by the company. they kept on repeating that return is only valid for 30 days...what do ZARA expect ?? will I come down from my overseas trip to return the shoe?? Further, no one is willing to take responsibility for the defective product...

Defective shirt

I have purchase one multicolour shirt from your infinity Malad Zara store..to my surprise after one hand wash the shirt got damage. I went to ur store and spoke to ur store manager and she was not coperative at all. I kept my shirt there it self and she was very much ok with it. I am regular customer of Zara after this incident definitely i will not feel like visiting again to Zara. Still i want to raise my complaint hoping some postive response from your end and i get refund or the same shirt with good quality.

Worst service

My refund for return I have been struggling to get for nearly 5th months. Every time I write to customers are chat, they assure me of giving the notice to the related department, and nothing happens. I tried to get their email to file a complaint, no chance. Zara does not have email. Zara does not want to receive complaints, unbelievable. I have raised 3 request of pick of return items and was assured each time , that pick will be done in 24 - 48 hrs yet not done. Kindly show some action and take responsibility.

Want my refund .

. They are not responding me properly, I had conversations with them many times regarding my product. I haven’t expected this from zara. Worst service ever.

So I’ll tell you in brief,
I purchased a pair of shoes and received on 5 January and I didn’t like it. So I returned that product on 6 January and wait for my refund. Then I got an mail on 12 January from zara, written that the product they have received is different product which does not belong to the mentioned order number. HOW..???
Then they said we’ll send that product back to you, you can get refund from your nearby store by returning the product there but that too I haven’t received it yet.
I called on customer care regarding this, they told after 48hours our employee will call you back. I haven’t received anything yet neither my product or refund or a call from your side.

I am surprised about the quality of the Zara product.

I want to return this jacket and get the refund of this bad quality product.

I returned my product and
I still didn't not get refund in my account, actually I returned the product which was on cash on delivery, so during return I added my account details, but I still didn't get any mail regarding my return product or payment it been a while, that much time Zara never taken yet in my shopping history, I am worried about my refund.i never expected this from Zara band atleast totally loosing my believe.

Never got my refund

I purchased a pair of heels in November but i had to return them as they were a little big for me. Ive complained atleast 23 times, the only reply i get (given that they almost never pick up the call or reply to emails) is that they will look into it. I still haven’t received my refund. Its been over 5 months.

Zara faux leather jacket peeling

I had purchased this brown leather faux jacket for my husband in 2018 from Phoenix market Lower Parel , Mumbai from the store priced at 5000 . The jacket is peeling completely from different parts . Inspite of being stored and used sparingly the jacket has peeled . I am surprised at the quality of Zara . I would like to upload pictures to let you know about the product quality and defect. I would like the company to either replace or reimburse in this case as a new jacket ......Looking forward to a fair solution from a brand whose I am a complete fan.

Hi, I am Afroz, a proud patroniser of Zara from Hyderabad. I purchased a Zara faux leather jacket (around Rs. 4000-5000) from the Zara store, Forum Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad in Dec, 2018 and had used it less than 15 times because I realized that the leather is peeling off gradually at multiple places, started at collar and then on the sleeves. With the number of peel offs I am embarrassed to use it any long and ironically, I have another unbranded jacket which is very much in shape even after regular use. On a whole, very much disappointed with the product quality and toughness.

Would have been good if the portal allows to upload the damaged product images. Request to either replace or reimburse for this dissatisfaction caused by a reputed International brand.

Complaint of the poor quality of shoes

Hii zara ,
I vinay Roy customer of zara i was purchsed the shoes from zara (shubhash nagar) Delhi, this November 2019 which was defected I'm writing this letter to make you aware about the quality of products. I recently brought a pair of shoes and practically wearing them, I realized that the quality and the size of the shoes were not satisfying me. They were chewing up my big toe.
After some days, the sole detached completely. Therefore, now I would kindly like to request you to refund me in accordance with the warranty period or else exchange the shoes. Hoping for a positive response!

High Priced shoes (two pairs) sole broken within Two months

With profound grief and sorrow, I would like to mention that shoes were purchased from Zara Store Pacific Mall, Near Subhash Nagar Metro, Delhi - 110018 on 11th August, 19. On the very next day i.e. on 12th August'2019 the shoe was returned to the Store for repairing and shoes were repaired/pasted by ZARA store and shoes were received back. Just after two months, the sole of the left shoe was cracked. The same case was happened with the earlier purchased shoe on 7th Dec'18, for which the sole was totally cracked just within two months. (snaps were attached with earlier email on 25-10-19).

Both cases show that product is having the very very poor quality as just after two months the sole of the shoes cracked.

I sanju sharma , customer of zara i was purchsed the shoes from zara (dlf mall of india) noida , this month which was defected article , i was go to the store they take my shoes for repair from last 15-20 day . Today i go to store to collected my shoes which are not restore properly i am not satisfied with this repair
I requested to zara to replace my shoes with new or return the credit note for amount of my shoes.

Misbehave of staff

This is to inform that I just stepped into the Zara store Kolkata yesterday. 1st the product in the display is wrongly place with wrong price tag after going for billing they told me the price is different. I told them to rectify the mistake but instead of realising they r arguing and behave they so badly as such we did crime. The guy name kumarjit singh staff no. 3882 he was so rude to my wife . It is so shameful to come to Zara such a big brand and been insulted. We r buying the clothes by paying not for free so we r not supposed to buy such shit. Plz look into this matter seriously and take action against that guy. I expect a positive result from your end
