Zee 5 is not working in my Sony Smart TV

Respected Sir/Madam,

From 10.07.2023, the Zee 5 subscription on my Sony TV is not working in my Sony TV. It is presently working in Laptop, Mobile and another TV of my friend. What is the reason? The subscription is logged in but not in working of Live TV and reflects that "sorry we're unable to play this video at the moment. You can continue watching this video on other TV/Device OR on the ZEE5 mobile app OR www.ZEE5.com. Your login ID:" Error code [HTML5]3-3500-0.

An early action will be highly solicited at this end please.

your current subscription doesn't give you the access to live tv content. in case you wish to watch live tv, please log out from the current session and re-login using your individual account credentials.

Poor Service

I had already subscribed for Premium version in Jan/2023 and it was valid till jan/2024. But suddenly yesterday i was asked to buy plan and i was not able to fetch any of my previous transactions. I though my subscription was expired so i paid for renewal yesterday once again. And after renewing it still am not able to play any movies/videos. Am getting errors frequently. Someone from CC called and ensured my problem would be sorted out and still it is not. Worst experience, i lost my money twice. i sent several mails none of them are getting reverted. Zee a popular brand giving such kind of worst service. Prim Video service is far far better. Please dont subscribe ZEE5
