Sir zepto free cash is not

Sir zepto free cash is not working while it has been shown. So many days have passed but it is still in lock position . Because of this we can not be able to place our order.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

I ordered grocery for rs 840 on march 5th 2025 , I paid through Amazon upi ,my money deducted from account, once my money deducted zepto canceled my order, I didn't get my refund yet, it's been 9days , they promised me that I ll get refund in 2days , zepto has become a cheating app.. they are answering queries through auto-generated msg
Shame on you zepto, cheating customers money,

I also have the same situation with me. Looks like when we do login from a single device. Multiple times they disable free cash.
