I recive wrong product and I want refund of it

I have ordered Electric iron box and they assured delivery by 22nd but while ordering I did select it as 21st October and product was out for delivery. The delivery boy called me by evening twice and it was a spam number. I didn't receive the call and then tried calling the same number present on the app. There was no response from delivery agent. And then he has marked it as unsuccessful delivery within just 7 mins. But he didn't answer the calls. On the app it shows that parcel will reach me by 11 pn today. It is a prepaid order and such a careless behaviour by Flipkart and also ekart. I have contacted Flipkart and ekart say for 100 times today. But they don't bother about it. And also any how I was able to get in touch with that delivery boy he assured me that parcel will reach me today but then after calling for xxx times no answer. Very unprofessional behaviour!
Won't use Flipkart henceforth.

Product is just being sent to random hubs, the product was in the nearest hub today morning and now it is sent somewhere else.
From 6 hours it hasnt been updated nor tried to be delivered. Always face problems while getting deliveries from ekart

Product customer ko pasand nahi hai wrong colour, wrong item, inside send, dull fabric texture

Didn't even Delevery my item but they changed the status as delivered on 18th Sep, today 15th sep i have raised so many complaints but no use no solution given to me till now

Its been in same state for 2 days, no update on the package FMPP2578238419

My order was received at my nearest hub on 27/09/24 at midnight but in the morning they were not out for delivery and now it's 29/09/24 they are still not out for delivery. I think they will cancel it on their own if it happens. That is horrifying for me. In eKart if you have any dignity, then do FPO25-68571-342 for my order number

I had ordered nike shoe through third party. My parcel delivered by ekart and I have pay to ekart delivery boy. I have cancelled my product and return. Parcel picked up has done but refund is not getting. I have tried to contact ekart but not successful.please help me

We ordered original adivasi hair oil . But we recieved fake oil . It also don't have any contact details . Spoken with ekart delivery executive . He is saying product is delivered . Can't take return this product.
Ekart completely making fools to the customer

No one came to delivery the parcel and it was mentioned as undelivered absolutely rubbish service and rude behavior of the delivery guy on call

 I ordered a jacket from myntra and it was out for delivery, but in the in evening it was marked undelivered without any delivery attempt, same thing happened the next day as well.

This happened for the second time with me where i had to cancel my order. 

Absolutely disappointing services.
Thinking of other peoples time and money as a joke.

I have never seen anyone so unprofessional. The franchise Near Hub person from EKART mishaved and abused . I dont understand how you keep such unprofessional staff who have no proper training.. the way he insulted and spoke it is completely unacceptable

Why was this not delivered? I did not reject any order supply and no Telecalls were received. How can ekart take any such decision for an important delivery expected for an inauguration? Can I get it again?

I ordered this product last week and sub sequently received yesterday evening around 6.00 pm and paid RS. 999/-.

I am not happy with the quality of this product, so i am returning it.

Please arrange to collect it immediately.

My God, I ordered tracksuit for men with 34 size, they delivered kids wear. You please take that product back. Return my money.

We are filing our complaint against you in writing in the Central and State Consumer Forum that you did not deliver our parcel to us on the due date and you have put a wrong update on your tracking site that you could not give us our parcel because we did not give you any reply, your information is completely wrong because till today dated 05/08/2024 no one came from your place to deliver our parcel nor did the delivery boy call us in this regard.

I have not received my product in full quantity from ekart srirampur brunch Kolkata. I lodged a complain in Flipkart also. I was paid in full by UPI in advance. I got the msg from pending delivery from ekart logistics. Now I want to talk or reached the customer service but not responding yet.please guide us properly or I will logdege a complain with complete proff in consumer forams. Reply me immediately by mail

My tracking ID is FMPP2426538580 andy delivery date is 12 July but delivery person reschedule the date and not delivered my product since last 4 days I am waiting for my order please take action about delivery person

I got call from delivery guy and i was not available at that time. I told him to give the parcel at the shop near my residence. He agreed and i shared the OTP. Now shopkeeper don't have the parcel and it is showing delivered on website.
Can you provide the delivery guys no so that i can confirm to whom he has given the parcel?

I ordered school shoes from school application (LHLP2460021xxx) and received message from Ekart that it will be delivered on 21st Jun 2024, then due to some reason it get delayed and showed 27th June 2024, again it got delayed and received message that it will be delivered 20th June 2024. I received call from delivery person and he denied to come to my location and said that they cannot serve this location, though I have received school uniform at the same location and it was delivered by ekart few days ago. This is very frustrating and very very bad service by ekart logistic.

Complaint about delivery boy "He charge extra more than parcel price from my innocent mom and behave rudely" Because of my absence am not able to take charge but now am complaining. As costomer request you to take action

Too much poor service

Worst service ever since 13th June 2034 daily it shows out for delivery but not delivering even I called on 14th June in afternoon to delivery boy he said will be deliver soon but today is 17 June and now today it's not showing out for delivery I have also complaint to Flipkart I want my order by hook or crook. There are 2 order both are showing same I m tired with their worst service

My Flipkart order FMPC3786936xx was supposed to be delivered on 12th June 2024 and I received a MSG the same day and also calling courier boy in evening on 6:55 Pm for courier and am also available was in share home address location but my product still hasn't been delivered.I need my product as soon as possible....please look into this matter.

Ekart delivery agent acting fake delivery attempt many times now.. He reach out us and then disconnected the call and later the product shows delivery failed. Do they get any extra cash for the fake attempt? Why these delivery boys have problem for accepting UPI on webpf of company(myntra.com), if they cant get-out of the bike demanding and torturing us to wait and get the product from his own comfort sometime some neighbor on Ground floor near shop etc.. without our concern.

The delivery person handed us two orders from Flipkart and another parcel, which is not ordered by me. He charged my husband seperately , however I have not ordered for the product at all. I wish to return this product and get a refund for the same. ASAP

Please note. On 11/05/2024. My parcel was delivered. The packet was a bit shattered and there was a hole in that. When I asked the delivery man, he told that they would check for the material inside. i too paid the amount and got it. When I opened last night, instead of 4 POLO T shirts, there were some local company T shirts. Kindly look into the problem and either refund or supply us the POLO T shirts I ordered and paid.

Your delivery agent refused to open the box and asked to pay money first. I have ordered an item from Flipkart and it was an open-box delivery.
