Poor service,

My ac was showing P5 error code, i contacted in the service number. Even after one month my problem is not solved, now for last 5 days they took my ac and now responding properly. Most interestingly they changed mr Rs. 15000/- for PCV replacement but neither my problem solved nor they returned my money till date. They said if my problem is not resolved they will take back the PCV and will return my money. Please see what is going on or else i will compel to lodge complaint. I am Azad Ahmed from guwahati, gandhi basti bye lane 1.

Doing malpractices by installation workers

I've complain about the godrej company daaliganj, Lucknow center that they've send the person for installation of split A.C he had done fraud with me he has taken money for extra copper pipe for ₹950/m but it's available in market at ₹550/m and also taken
money for the outdoor stand which is ₹950 actually the stand price in market is ₹350 so I'm here to say to godrej Daaliganj center please take action against them and i know the name of the installation person His name is Muhammad iklaaq

I was receiving so many phone calls at the time of renewal of my AC contract for servicing
But now after paying so much foe 3 years the complaints are not even bothered by the centers. The people are rude and no backup of the earlier person attending is available
A separate complaint is to be given for gas filing and no one comes for nearly 10 days after lodging complaint

AC 1.5 Inverter repairing issue

We bought Godrej AC 1.5 Inverter in January 2021. I faced an issue (The indoor fan is running reverse) 5 days ago not getting it to Flow outside. means running AC was stop give us cooling.

I called customer care and talk with a technical person dated 1.8.2022 but still did not get it solved.

It's very painful to chase them for service for the AC.

After 1.5 years we are facing the issue with the new AC( Your company). it's really very painful and the service cost is high (which I discussed with a technical person).

Note:- we have another company ac in another room and factory but we are not facing any complaints for more than 5 years. also, service cost is minimum.

Hopes anyone responds and gives a proper solution asap.

I called the customer service. Wanted to enquire about my new ac. I be bought 1.5ton ac and have a feeling its 1 ton. I gave the model no.and funny the customer service do not know anything related to ac and gave me the super visor no.which is not working. Very bad service and bad impression to Godrej.

Godrej washing m/c not working

I have registered compliant for Godrej washing machine not working on 24th Oct'19. Service provider came but he was unable to resolve the issues. My compliant call no. is 919647. service agency M/S Atharva sales & services and techincial name is Mr. Tushar Kundlik Markad. He has taken full amount for repair but the problem is not solved. When I called back again & again , he is not responding.
Please do not send non technical persons for service providing to satisfy customers and resolve by sending proper technical persons.

I purchased a godrej split AC on 01/02/2018 and it was installed during June- July 2018
After two month AC was not working properly and ice was coming from Ac and outside pipes were also condensed by ice.
I lodged a complaint and then two or three times servicing and repairing was done by your service representative. I requested him that please change this piece as it looks like faulty piece but they didnt changed
after one season I again started my AC on May- April 2019 and same problem (ice formation) was occurs then i contacted to your local service man from abohar punjab and he said that no need to complaint to custumer care and gas leakage is problem and i paid to him Rs. 2800 for service of ac said that warranty for gas leakage reapairing is 3 month
But after twoo month only gain ac is facing same problem and he and still three months is not completed. But he is not repairing my ac and saying that i had lodged a complaint to godrej ac custumer centre
so please do some strict action or please replace my AC

Lousy service under AMC for Air conditioner in Delhi

Godrej AC not cooling at 24Chitra Vihar, Delhi 110092 in the name of Manu Bhatnagar, since last 6 days. Several complaints have gone unattended.One technician came and diagnosed gas leakage. No one has come to rectify, what is the AMC money taken for. We will not purchase any further Godrej products and will tell everyone in our circle to avoid buying Godrej products in view of lousy service. No service provider numbers are responding either.

I purchased window AC on 16th may from Patra Electronics , bhubaneswar.at the time of purchasing they said ac installation is free and it will be done by company.But after purchasing they sent a local mechanic to installation and charged rs.600/-.I want to know the service details which company is providing to the customer.

Pathetic Service from Godrej

I have complained regarding cooling issue in my AC after which the technician visited after 7 days to solve the gas leakage issue. Just after 20 days the gas again leaked and I had to call the customer care again. The technician visited after 4 days and said a part has to be replaced which will come from Mumbai. They took the part and said they will come back in 2-4 days. This time the complaint was raised on 7th May. Today is 17th May. 10 days have elapsed and I am still awaiting for my AC to be repaired. I would never recommend anybody to buy Godrej products. Their after sales service has been traumatic, unprofessional and lethargic. Even today when I called the service technician he said the product part which has to be replaced will arrive in 7 days. I am in Ahmedabad and these people who are running service centre on behalf of Godrej dont even have parts which can be replaced. The distance from Ahmedabad to Mumbai is not that far that it should take 7-10 days for parts to come. Why the hell are you selling ACs in Ahmedabad when you cant provide prompt services.

Totally disappointed by Godrej.

I have complaint about my new ac that is not cooling. Two technician had come to my home to check my ac. First one is a duffer. Who don't know about ac stuffs! Second one is sharp minded person who tells us about the compressor that the compressor has failed!
Me and may family are suffering since 6 days! But no one is helping us! They just takes time.
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with your sale after service. How can a new ac! Which I have used only 6-7 days have a problem?? How? Listen I want a new ac as a compensation. Or I will file a case against Godrej in consumer court! Because I was still waiting and waiting. No one is helping me in this matter. All are saying for time!
I have waited for 6 days! And now I am fed up with all Godrej promises.

Since the purchase of the split AC I have been facing many problems and the Godrej service team is unable to resolve the following issues
1) Sound from the Indoor unit while Swing mode is on. Service person said that it will be rectified with time, but to my disappointment the problem still persists.
2) After running the AC for about an hour, water starts falling inside the room damaging my wooden bed and expensive mattress. The service person came but gave arbitrary explanations and did not resolve the issue. I have again booked the complaint but the technician didnot turn up within 24 hours giving excuse for sunday.

I keep calling the customer care toll free number time and again but they seem helpless when I ask them to replace the AC under Warranty. Even they provided me number of Mr Siddiqui from service centre near by, but his way of listening to the customer was way too rude and unprofessional, and he could not send the technician on this saturday and sunday ( I am only available on saturday and sunday only).

This is the 5th time I am requesting for the resolution of my problems but I am extremely regretful to purchasing this pathetic product and way too pathetic service support from Godrej.

Please do not buy Godrej AC. I have Tata and Hitachi ACs at my home which are way too better in terms of product quality and after sales service support.

Window AC bought Cooling issues

Keeping in view of Godrej a reputed name,lead by Mr Aadi Godrej, I purchased my window AC from Godrej in May 2017, after one year called service team, immediately after service cooling again gone due to gas leak,we complain and in May 2018 vas refilled and ac was normal.
But happiness was only for one and half month and again gas leaked and suffering in summer.
I will not recommend such product to any one who is looking for comfort.

I have been complaining since last two years about my split AC in your customer care toll free number but the matter is not sorted out till now. The technician are not well trained and till now I'm not being able to avail the comfort.
The indoor unit of my AC starts leaking after half an hour because of which my walls, mattress etc.got spoilt. But all efforts by your so called technicians are in vain.
My AC 's are under AMC... and to my surprise I didn't get the response as was promised before going for the AMC.Being such a reputed brand this kind of commitments are not at expected.

Hi,

I had booked a request on 3rd March 2018 for my second service (B0103461318) and nobody from tech team has visited my home. After waiting for almost one and a half months, I spoke with customer care before a couple of days ago and asked them to escalate this. They forwarded request to prioritise but still the same result that no one has visited my home.

Being a loyal customer to Godrej I seriously didnt want to bring this issue publicly but the kind of service i got is reaaly disgusting and disappointing.

we bought Godrej Split AC on 26/04/2015 on the Name of my mother Shyamala Karlekar ,Recently in the month of january 2018 we have done sevice contract, our contract number is B1602457925
On 17th February 2018 technician came at house and he said there is gas leakage so AC has to be taken to the factory for rapairing.
Ac was taken to factory on 23rd February 2018 and it brought it back home on 28th February 2018, but cooling was there on first day itself
on 6th March 2018 we received the call from Godrej office enquiring about the job has been done , so we told her there was not any cooling
So 7th March 2018 Technician named Sangram Nath came at home and he said AC has to be taken to factory for repair
today is 14th march 2018,still we don't get the our AC back so called Sangram for enquiry,so he told us to contact the office
when will we get back our repaired AC
