i have purchaged my fully automatic washing machine containg 05 year of warantee... in the lockdown periods,, we are facing a hugh problem.. try to ask service centre but not proper response due to covid-19 pandemic.so please do something because there is no issue of 05 days of weak in indira nagar lucknow... please take it as my complaint and do needful.

My washing machine was under repair.Reached customer service many times to get it repaired but very bad response from customer service team they were disconnecting the call and till now I have not received the service and it's not working.
Feeling very bad please don't buy any Godrej product Very very bad service.

Water drainage system is not working

I've bought washing machine from amazon on 12.09.19 we have started today after delivery and observed noise while washing from drum area and it not working automatic mode like taking water, rinsing and spinning even though we have emptied water from machine in manual mode. Please send the technician to my home address and otherwise we can call this my number
