Please do the needful.

On 14-02-2024 i Sanjay Jain from Imphal (Manipur)booked room at ibis hotel at Mahabalipuram through Agoda via online for 3 nights and paid the amount by HDFC debit card but that hotel which I was looking for was near Apollo hospital in grims road ibis hotel and ibis Mahabalipuram is too far,so please either cancel the booking or transfer it another branch near to Apollo hospital

i am trying to book jungle trail in sasan gir, gujarat. pls help me with the bookings, as i am unable to do so

I would like to inform my total dissatisfaction regarding your technology. I booked a ticket bearing the number xxxxxx3825 on 20th of October. My money was deducted from bank but I didn't get any confirmation from agoda and it was showing some error. Since there was limited time for my travel, I booked another ticket bearing no xxxxx60709. This booking was confirmed in the website and I got the ticket. But unfortunately the month was wrong. Since there is a cancellation option I again tried to book another ticket, but there were no room available for family. So I booked through another site in the same hotel and I got confirmation .

After sometime I received mails from agoda showing the confirmation of booking Id number xxxxxx3825 and xxxxx60709. Since the later date was wrong, I cancelled it. I again got a mail showing the booking was not confirmed. So I thought former was cancelled automatically. So I decided to talk to bank for refund.
But when I reached on 22nd at my destination, I came to know that there were 2 bookings in my name.

So let me come to the point. Due to the delay in confirmation from agoda I booked another ticket from other service website. I got confirmation from them immediately in my mobile and email. Also another email during my arrival at the destination .
Due to the delay in communication ,I unnecessarily spent Rs 4199.43 to agoda. I need my money back .

I had booked a room in jagannath ballabh bhakt niwas, puri, odissa for 14-15 August 2023 but property refuse to provide room by saying that they have not tie up with Agoda.
I have informed you on email by which booking information was provided to me but no necessary action taken till today.
Please refund my amount.

I haven't checked-in the apartment which I booked, and there was no cancellation available in the website also.Since I haven't checked in, I would like to get my refund amount back.I have also informed the hotel that we won't be coming and cancel the booking.It's been a week.I need my refund amount back Or else I will take legal actions.

I booked hotel through agoda and paid online but when i reached to hotel they refused my booking even after i provided them confirmation mail to them.
Phone no provided by agoda was not recived and they told that no. Does not belong to them

I have booked the Hotle at Amirtsar through for one day @ Rs.4808/-its very surprising that same time in same Hotel and same room was available @ Rs.3600/- on hotel website it self. Also Agoda booked the hotel with commitment of non refundable.
It's very big difference for us.
I Think, we should first check on hotel website where we want to stay and compare than pay.

At midnight 12 I reached my booked hotel through agoda but the hotel refused the booking and asked for his retals to pay , since it was midnight and I am with my family I agree to pay the amount please refund the money

on Saturday 18 March evening I booked 2 rooms for 31 March till 2 April for Dwivedi Hotels Sri Omkar Palace after and after payment confirmation I haven’t recieved any emails confirming the same, the number given in your website is not working can you check and quickly respond back.

I reached hotel few minutes back and at the hotel reception I was asked to cancel the request and wasn't given the confirmation for cancellation.
Please get the details from the manager and pay the full amount as assured by him.

I have booked Playotel inn scheme 114 for two days on agoda app. I have fully paid for bookin and booking confirmation is received from Agoda but property did not receive any booking confirmation. Issue is required to resolved or amount to be refund completely.

I stay in Yash Residency at Aasi Ghat, Banaras U.P. (India) we have book two room for two days they have not provided what were they on their side at time of online booking, the hotel owner of the hotel very misbehaves with my wife and daughter.
The rating star are not as per hotel. there is no water in bathroom and no water Geyer are working. also not give free breakfast which was they committed at time booking. i have talk other room customer also, they very annoyed with the hotel service.
i request Agoda don't provide or suggest this hotel

I have below concern with hotel and Agoda :--
1. When I went for checkin on 11 nov with my two kids of 3 and 4 years old but hotel manager rudely denied me to checkin as told that they have policy as "guest age should be above 18 years ". It's really shocking for me that first time from last 10+ years of my visits first time I have encountered this type of strange policy this hotel have.
My query - If hotel have this type of policy then they should have clearly mentioned the same in the hotel booking receipt that " All guest should be age above 18 years and children below 18 years are strictly not allowed" and also there is no such policy/rules given by " TOURISM DEPARTMENT OF INDIA".
2. On the same day I faced lot of inconvenience , as at doorstep of hotel I have requested multiple time to allow check in as we are very much tired but hotel didnt shown any sympathy and didnt allowed us to check-in . At last I have to booked another hotel with higher price at Rishikesh.
My query - As per the humanity hotel must have allowed to check-in , when a tourist is coming at their door step from remote areas for a holiday and hotel showing their hidden policy which no where mentioned in the hotel booking receipt shared on email by agoda.

I have booked Coco Heritage hotel Goa Check in date 29 Oct 2022 & Checkout 02 Nov 2022 from Agoda app also paid Rs. 8500 but Hotel does not allow me to Check in now i need my amount to be refund

The amount of rs. 17472 has been debited from my bank account. My booking confirmation has not come as yet even after booking.
I Had to book another hotel at the time
And pay certain amount. there is also no no. to contact for any queries.
I WANT MY REFUND FOR PAID UNCONFIRMED BOOKING.

I have tried 3 times to book the hotel in junagadh.on date 05/09/2022 , Hotel somnath, Junagadh,
3 times money deducted and hotel not book, 778 x 3 =2335, please return my money.

I made a reservation through Agoda.com for a hotel for the night of August 3rd, 2022. I made the payment online and received the confirmation. Upon reaching the hotel did not honor the reservation. The hotel even told me that Agoda.com has no authority to book their hotel. I was made to pay the room charges directly at the hotel.

I have been trying to talk to the customer care of Agoda.com since yesterday evening. Agoda.com customer service is not very cooperative. They have been telling me that they will contact the hotel and get back to me. It has been more than 18 hours, I haven't got any revert from Agoda.com. I have made a double payment for a room that I utilized once.

Agoda.com has cheated me by making a booking in a hotel that does not have a tie-up with Agoda.

I want my refund for the booking which I made to Agoda and could not utilize it.

Myself made paid booking for stay in Hiranandani area of Mumbai in Dream Apartment. But when reached the destination, the accommodation was not provided inspite of payment of Rs.6696.
Then put comment on the help centre surfed on the website, but till now no solution came out and I faced harassment, mental agony and other losses.

When I was booking a hotel, you have shown a  combination price of around Rs.1363/- per night and for four nights it comes to Rs. 5452/-.This is total cheating and completely unethical. My sincere request you to refund the Rs.9108 charged on my card right now. Hope to close this issue before noon today.

This was sent by Agoda. After arrival at hotel they refused to check-in giving reason of non availability of rooms.
Agoda don't have customer care and Hotel staff is non cooperative.
Both Agoda and Hotel is fraud.

I have booked two rooms in Raj resort Rishikesh on 12th June 2022. On 10 june a call received from hotel side that they have cancelled my booking due to lesser amount will be paid by Agoda and told me to contact to Agoda.

WE HAVE BOOKED A HOTEL THROUGH AGODA OF OYO BUT WHEN REACHED TO HOTEL THEY DENIED THE BOOKING
AND ALSO THEY HVE TAKEN THE FULL PAYMENT

Why should I remove the first line?
I had done my bookings in Dubai but since my mobile was not on an international sim or any mobile service package, so I couldn't receive messages for OTP for any card transactions. So we just did a booking of dates and were suppose to pay the amount on arrival to the hotel. Once we reached, the hotel staff absolutely denied our booking and said that they are filling booked and since we didn't pay beforehand they gave the room to someone else. So we all had a big fight but never got the stay and then had to search another hotel that moment since we had nowhere else to go or booked. Once I reached back to India and went to my hometown, in my bank statement did I get to know that Agoda had already debited the stay cancellation fee from my account when actually I had never even paid or cancelled anything myself. Didn't received any confirmation email, no message from my own bank about such a huge transaction. Only in my statement I can see it that they directly debited it. All the numbers online for this app or helpline/customer care are invalid.
I have the booking ID which the hotel said is not there anymore, I need a refund for this as soon as possible. This is one of the biggest scams I've ever seen and I'll make sure you guys pay for such kind of ways of taking money from people.

I got hotel forest hill in haridwar booking for 23-24 March 2022 . Amount of Rs8810.02/- got debited from my account but no confirmation was made for the same.

I tried booking hotel in Tirunelveli. I paid the amount. But since ahoda site time out happened, money was debited , booking did not happen.

I was booking for 12th Feb 2022 and the booking was taken for 12th Mar 2022 with hotel ramsukh resorts mahableshwar.
Booking id-648 089 057 Rs.10423.90 were charged.I had immediately canceled the booking but there is no refund amount showing in your app. Pls do the needful and arrange for the refund. It will be highly appreciated as I had called to the sales office of Ramsukh resorts over there Ms. Shitija said they have not charged anything to Agoda and will give free cancelation and amount will be refunded by Agoda. Kindly do the needful and refund.

I have booked Palolem Beach Resort for 28th-30th Jan,22. Received booking confirmation message and was showing in Agoda app. But after a day suddenly my booking got canceled on its own, without my confirmation or intimation. Only in app I can see booking cancelled.
This is a harassment, as basis my hotel booking I have already booked travel. Suddenly how can you cancel without my approval. Please reinstate my old booking, else I have to inform consumer forum of the harassment caused by Agoda.

Not received any conformation email. I have checked with hotel and booking is there but i need some amendments in the same.
