Ridiculous experience of GSRTC
I waited on plateform for more than an hour and till there is not any updates about the bus....It's more than a ridiculous thing....
I tried to call deposit manager but I think he or she cares more his or her lunch than problem of passengers because I tried to call 5 times but no one received the call and other phone numbers are not exists....
It seems like they don't care about passengers whatever is done with them....
They are totally unresponsive persons who only concern with their salaries which is given them from our money....And that is the only reasons why ST is in loss....
I would like to suggest the persons who are reading the this specially students never trust on GSRTC....
It's only waist of time, money and effort....

Sir,
On several occasions I have experienced that the inquiry number of bhavnagar S.T.Depot is not replied to by not even lifting the phone call. Even the telephone number of Depot Manager bhavnagar is not responded to in the similar way. Kindly, therefore, do the needful and oblige.
