Surat me pass yojana 4 mahino se bandh hai...lekin website PE sab chalu likha hua hai...yani logo ko bevkuf bna rahe hai...public bichari bhale chutti le ke zone office ke chakkar kate...kuch solution nhi hone wala...system bekar hai...hathi ke daat dikhane ke alag hai ...agar pass niklna hi bandh ho gaya hai to kyu website PE bta rahe ho?..4 mahino se koi update nhi hua net pe kya..?

On 7/9/2024 I booked my bus ticket in Borsad -Amet bus in rainy times from Modasa to KAILASHPURI from Modasa worth 218 ₹.As thi bus is passing from Kailashpuri [EKLINGJI TEMPLE] driver and conductor both deny to take bus to Kailaspuri and I put at yin rasta on bypass Nathdwara road.Due to that I face too many diggiculties. I told both to take bus from Kailashpuri but they deny to take and told that they answered their officers.So it's my complaint to take bus from Kailashpuri the actual route so that like me passenger have not facing such difficulties in future.

Please many of the people you have covid-19 shown the black sheet in the bus people are confused People think that all bus's are flowers
Due to which customers can easily know that so many sheets are empty
Because I found myself thinking that the whole bus was full
But when I saw the bus booking list from 1st to 10th of, I know
So please make a new symbol and book this in the easily Please change the symbol or color of the covid-19 sheet you have shown

i have complaint against valsad depot

Bus time is not regularly, and do not any answer to bus time and do not answer to costomer's questions.anyone not responsible to bus time.they are not allow late night bus for village area ,particularly for valsad to marla route .in this route last bus at 8:15pm and then after no bus service.how can train traveler rich to home.

Dear sir,
Bholav to Vadodara via Jambusar bus (intercity bus) not stop to Nandelav circle Why.so please available to Nandelav circle stop to be givan and Driver is beheviar is very poor & answer is not proper to givan.
Then velfar hospital and market there are not stop but Drive there stoped the bus.then so please Nandelav circle to bus stop to be given.

सर में सानंद चोकड़ी से रधनपुर चोकड़ी के लिए बैठा था। गाडी नंबर GJY18Z601 दिन में 11:00:33 बजे बैठा था। उस गाडी मे मेरा एक सुटकेश भुल गया उस सुटकेश में मेरे जरूरी कागजात भी थे और कुछ कपडे भी थे। सर गाडी बावला डिपो की थी । सर मुझे आशा है कि आप मेरी मदद करोगे।

Padra bus depo padra to lachras stop middle of journey near dabhoi shinore chowkdi due to one truck are on road accident.. This bus are middle of journy kept 07:00am
3 hrs left but depo manager no take decision padra depo manager
They told me 6hrs weight and than bus are return to padra...and pacensor given to rupes and kept them.. Pacenger are not important for them... Their duty are finish they are return... 6hrs weight and than this type of dcesion..
They also told they are not dcesion 30km extra rout change..
Public problem not solve.. In this bus many old person small children are suffering this problem.. Please to be solve urgent
