Very very POOR service
I recharged my mobile SIM by Rs.99/- on 8th June'22 which should take effect from earlier validity on 10th June'22. But alas ! my SIM gone to 'OUTGOING BARRED'. Since then still my SIM has no outgoing facility. Necessary complaint at BSNL call centre at 1503 lodged on 10th June'22 stating all the facts.And thereafter number of times I contacted 1503 but the attending persons have typical response with more or less same types :"...we are very sorry that you have not got the benefits of recharge. Please spare with some times.You will get the benefits very soon...." This I am hearing even on today 15th June'22. My mobile SIM is still has no outgoing. I am afraid the SIM may not go for incoming barred also as the time is knocking at the door. I became puzzled.

Poor Service
I have tried several times to contact BSNL customer service centre. No chance to connect them. I have recharged my mobile through netbanking and it was failed, but amount is deducted from my Bank account. BSNL is cheating their customers. This is why customers are losing the BSNL.

I am writing to this comment after experienced worst experience with BSNL..
Since more than 15 days keep trying to reach out still didn't get succeded to contact customer support team to fix my ongoing issues
BSNL Prepaid customer care number - not working
I tried calling BSNL customer care center many times but it is not working at all, not sure what kind of services our govt people are giving for prepaid customers. It is very difficult to identify the customer care number ? Can anyone send me the right number to dial and raise my complaint ?
Very WORST CUSTOMER service.
Very WORST CUSTOMER service. Its been nearly 20 times trying to detail the customer care on my problem. No one registered a complaint till now.
One lesson learnt is that should not opt to go with indian govt companies.. Simply eat our time, money and do nothing.
Very very poor connection and service
I have been the 3G subscriber of BSNL for the last several years and was hardly satisfied with its services. Of late the said services have been deteriorating and I hardly get through the messages in the desired speed and required manner. Despite the fact that all the bills are paid regularly the services are not improved at all. The agony is that bills are received much in time and in a prompt manner and it is being threatened that if bill is not paid in time, connection may get cut. Why not such promptness not in providing services. I most earnestly and with FOLDED HANDS request Your GOOD SELVES to ensure proper and prompt services of 3G ....

not getting otp from banks for online transactions
I am not getting otp from banks for my online transactions.I checked with the bank and everything is fine .when i did the same with a different data provider I was able to get OTP.
