restarting of WLL

I had a WLL phone purchased on 60/60/2012 but unfortunately it sopped working becase I couldnot recharge the same in time.Now my WLL is completely dead its only showing tower but no incoming or outgoing.My number was 2901558.I don't know what is to be done for its revival.If any option is left then kindly mail me.I am in despair.

Respected sir, we have broad band connection, but every month we are getting RS 149 extra for "MUSIC ON DEMAND" we have been complainting about this issue several times but we are not using "MUSIC ON DEMAND" please disconnect "MUSIC ON DEMAND"
