Bus timing enquiry
I am searching for route number 220 CMBT to Tiruvannamalai via Arcot &polur. Bhut i can't fine .
CMBT toll free number not working and land line number also not working.
Ticket not vaild
Today I took ticket from Vanagaram to airport from the bus no 111. Then bus was breakdown in near by Ashokpillar .& conductor not sign in that paper & bus was left from the bus stop.
Bus ticket no. 110635 (MS-94)
Today time @ 07:00Am.
Above mentioned details are to punishment that Conductor.otherwise I will go to court & I will proceed for further evaluation.
And
It's very strictly informing you to take action on that particular conductor...
Couple of thousand people
Couple of thousand people commuting daily to CMBT, we do not know where the is CMBT authorities, are they working every place seems UNTOUCHABLE not worth parking two wheeler areas especially steps and toilet UNCLEANED SITUATION for the past several years. I feel the contractor who has taken for house keeping / parking / are unprofessional and third rate services across every nook and corner.
If they failed to attend rectify these areas we will be awarded with NUMBER "ONE" ranking in poor maintenance across the complex. Govt authorities they should feel shame working in this kind of situation in premises or they should be sacked without any question and justification. Enclosed one video which is self explanatory.

Bus not stopping at bus stop
On today 01/05/2019 time 2:52PM bus number board 91v in vels university bus stop .Driver is going without stopping the bus and passengers were suffered by this issue. Bus number plate TN 01 N 7411 . I request you to take action for this as soon possible.

Nothing use for this all number, no body will pick the call at any time
Senior citizen free token issie
It's issued every quarter by submitting Aadhar copy and ration card. it takes so much time in Villivakkam depot only 100 people were issued tokens a day. After that tokens were issued.
It's time consuming work as one staff staples 10 tickets per month and issue it. The conductor also issue one ticket after verifying the token number with I'd card.
To avoid all these hassle some other system can be introduced to make it easier for everyone involved. Government can also give monthly pass with concessional rate instead of doing all this money wasting printing checking etc

Chennai Metropolitan Transport Corporation gives 10 free travel tokens for a month,every 3 months to Senior Citizens of Chennai based on a Travel Card it issues after comparing Aadhaar & Ration cards with copies.Why must Users show Aadhaar& Ration cards & give copies each time tokens are sought?They forget to bring them & go away & return with them & waste money,effort & time on copies & returning.Can the dept issue a Card ticket with numerals for 30 days a quarter or 360days yearly.Conductors can poke each number for every travel.It saves cost of tokens & tickets & conductor's time & effort to check the number of each token with the record in the Travel Card.Do you want to count how many people used tokens or number of tokens used? If not, then please issue Card ticket & not token.It avoids Long Queues,tiring wait,useless acts & waste of materials & money.
