paid completely and but somewhere it is reflecting pending, this is effecting my cibil score and im not able to get personal loan.

Cred cash was suddenly disabled inspite of making payment onntime.

More money was deducted from the account. My bill was 18974 while 19259 was deducted from the account.

Hi, I have paid my credit card payment on time thorough auto pay option but the status shows on next day you have overdue of the amount but the amount was debited in my account and still Cred cash is not reflected in my account need your response at the earliest. Thank you

Useless app Credit card bill payment fails and there is no customer service to respond.

Such useless app doesn't work as intended and making customer suffer.

It has no customer service to help and no platform for raising grievances hence forget about resolution.

But i have received damaged product the seal of the box was already damaged so i have initiated refund from the cred store they give me only one answer which i have attached with this mail as jpg file. I am trying this from last three days but there is no response from your side , now after three days your refund policy get turned off so after that i cant get get refund. This is to inform you that on the 31st October I paid my Electric bill 3148 rs which was cancelled & got notification 3rd November in whats app where the last submitting date was 2nd November.After that in my cred app I got a notification that the payment would be credited to my card by 10 th November in between 5 working days. But today it is showing that the amount will be credited to my account on 17th November

Therefore please tell me why I would give the late fine because I paid that bill on time & clarify me this time when I will get the amount back .Please look into this matter & do the needful asap

I made a transaction of ₹.24000/- on 27th of Oct. It was rejected by CRED & its not been refunded to my bank account. Was kept on raising tickets which were being closed unsolved. When do i get my money credited

With reference to the above subject line, I would like to attract your kind attention that on 31st Oct, I tried to complete the credit payment with the CRED application, but the amount has been debited from Bank & till now not yet been refunded back.

Credit Payment failed detail as follows:

American Express: 25K INR
HDFC: 32K INR

I would like to share that the HDFC Credit card the last date for payment was 01st Nov 2022 & since I was not having enough balance in my bank, a late payment penalty fee has been imposed on me. Please confirm who will take responsibility for the penalty charges.

Also my American express last date for payment is 05th Nov 2022 & till now I haven’t received my above-deducted amount.

I check with my Bank, they confirmed that the amount has not yet been refunded from CRED.

Kindly refund my amount on priority.

Amount debited from my account but payment failed showing refund amount

I will many time query in cred app issue will not solve i disappointed with cred app 1st time payment deduct but not show in my credit card

Money was debited from my bank account of Rs 1445.00 on 03-Oct-22 while paying the electricity bill but Cred Application shows that it failed. I need an instant refund.

I made a transaction today via cred and the Transaction is successful but in the beneficiary account amount is not coming and the amount is deducted from my credit card with service fee and the amount is 10180 inr (overall).

Why am I not able to withdraw money? Why are you making it difficult for me to withdraw money? What is the reason?

Hi, My amount of Rs.71019.36 is debited twice from account, I paid for yes Bank credit card on 20th August, 1 time payment is credited to the respective credit card account,
1st time transaction is failed but debit from account, Kindly reverse Rs 71019.36 immediately

My credit card bill paid on 6 August via cred app, My main account is debted by Rs 4121 but Credit bill not settled, I was failed and Cred app give messeage, amount will be revered back in 3 working days, now its four days completed not received any update also a single Ruppee in my account which was debted. This cause me fine from my bank for overdues, I totally disaapoint with trouble and Service by This Cred app, refund my money otherwise I will register legal complaint about this issue.

I recharged my Paytm FASTAG through cred app of Rs 6763 on Monday my balance got deducted but not received in FASTAG balance and cred app is showing recharge is successful. Please refund my money while it's not settled till date 3/8/2022

I initiated a payment from my account on 29th June of 49,995 and it has failed. The receiver initiated the refund on 30th June.

I am using cred app to pay my credit card bills. Today I have to pay 17,759/- to my credit cared. But you have taken 20,204/- from saving account. Also, this hidden amount not showing anywhere in the cred app. I found it in my bank account statment. This is completly unfair. Please revert my amount.
