I have made the payment of INR 3559 to Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card no ending 3064 yesterday at 3.30 pm through UPI using SBI bank, but still the payment is showing the status as pending payment till today. the bank is continuously following up for the payment.

Request you to please expedite the matter to clear the payment at the earliest

Payment done by cred UPI but not reflecting transiction history and the payment not done but the money debit from the account plz solve

I paid my credit card bill on 9/6/25,Money got deducted from my account But the payment failed and the money was not returned to my account.and I have to pay extra amount to credit card bills. Who is the responsibal for that. I want my money back it's a huge amount.

I have paid my last EMI and cleared all my dues but still am getting reminder calls like still your EMI of rupees 2k or 2.5k is pending. This is really a worst experience am facing with Cred. Not even once i missed to pay Cred EMI as i took 6 loans till now and i paid all 6 loans and closed it and also i do have a proof.

It is suggested that the payee's phone number should also be shown in the payment history, since the payee requires the same for contact the party for future reference or enquiries.
Please do the needful.

A friend transferred me 11k via Cred Rent Pay. The amount was deducted from his card, but I haven’t received any confirmation message, and there’s no transaction record in my bank or Cred statements. Upon checking, I noticed a different UPI ID linked to my bank account—it shows Cred’s UPI ID instead.

I have tried to reach out you via call but you cred member too busy to take my call.

Issue : last 30 October 2024 I have done the self account transaction that is 3000k from Kotak Bank to HSBC account, that day transaction was stuck with pending and it says it will take 3-4 days for transfer the money.
Today I saw the transaction and it's says successful but amount not credited to HSBC bank.
I reach out to bank as well, bank said amount not credited to HSBC bank account and there is no history.

Now tell me where is my 3000k amount, I need to know how is this happened ?

I initiated a payment from my account on 29th April of 2024 at 1.28 pm and it has failed. The receiver initiated the refund on same daye 29th September 8.15pm.

But Till now, I have not received the amount. Please let me know the details and by when I can get the amount in my account.

Its really frustrating and feel like we have been cheated by CRED. Please look into this matter on priority.

Hi, My amount of Rs. is debited three times from account, I was trying to pay Rs. 14841.94 for ICICI Bank credit card on 2 October, 2024.

All three transactions were failed and still no payment is breflected to my said credit card made.

I'm Akshay, and I need help with a failed transaction. On 23-Sep-2024, I tried to pay ₹15,000 for rent through CRED, but the transaction failed. Instead, ₹15,413 was debited from my ICICI credit card.

The payment didn’t reach my landlord, and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve attached screenshots of the transaction and an email from the bank confirming the debit.

Could you please investigate this issue and process a refund for the total amount.

Sir, I have to pay 4/8/2024 IDFC first Bank bill of ₹ 30,000 through Cred App but the money has not been deposited in the bank yet. Credit limit is also not incres. And i dfce first bank said to not to yet received payment. My payment due date 6/8/2024 sir please resolved this my problem.

I have paid rent throught my credit card and its not processed and saying I will receive a refund in 5 -7 days May I know why I will take 5 7 days it has already been deducted I want my money right now in my bank account

I have been using CRED for a long time, This is the first time I have faced this problem.
I have paid the Credit card bill (52,000) using Cred on 1st of August for my SBI Credit card, usually the cred used to pay within the same day or next following day. But the cred paid and it got reflected in my SBI card on 6th August. due to which the SBI Bank added charges on my credit card more than 6k and almost 1.5k amount as interest.

I am purely not responsible to bear such a big amount since its issue from Cred side. Do let me know what the CRed is going to take action on this issue.

Now SC Bank is calling me for payment, and they are charging me late payment charges also. Please find the payment details below and refund the money.
