Passengers may lodge a complaint by calling number 1323 :
- Query related to if meal is not delivered.
- Query related to spoiled food.
- Query related to cancel your order.
- Query related to know if the booking meal is confirmed or not.
- Query related to refund.
Customer may lodge a complaint on the eCatering portal within 05 days from date of delivery using email id and phone no. (as user id and password) used during booking of meals. The process of refund shall take at least 3 days time from the date of cancellation excluding the date of cancellation.
