How to Reactivate Flipkart Blocked Account?

If not, and it shows that your Flipkart account has been blocked, please contact customer support.

They will provide the reason and the next steps to resolve the issue.

I ordered a product from flipkart. I chose cash on delivery but as the product arrived i paid through app through g pay. When the delivery agent arrived he said that the payment was not done hence i paid him via cash too. But the money has been debited from my account too. I want a refund.

Very Bad Grocery Ordered delivery

I am very much disappointed with the delivery service of ekart of Groceries. I have ordered (this is my first order) my Grocery on 3rd Apr-22 from flipkart Grocery with the expectation of on time delivery. While booking the order by default it has scheduled for 4th few product and rest on 6th Apr. I said as this was my first experience and I should try Flipkart also and guys today is 8th of April-22 I am yet to get my both the orders and the postponement reason on the first day I got through SMS was "your address is not located by the delivery person" how pathetic they have not even called me to check my address, horrible service. I came to my home after a month from my official trip and not having basic grocery all the basic and urgent articles I have ordered and now waiting from them to deliver. Multiple times I called to ekart fellow but he is not lifting my call. Again just for your info I would like to share my experience of BB since 2015 I am buying my Groceries from Big Basket and even in lock down they have given wonderful and on time delivery.
Sorry to say now I am think twice before using your services FLIPKART :( :(

Flipkart team is not helping me most of material are cheap and i also received wrong product but they don't return it or block my id when m trying to return same product again and again when seller reject it they block my account and said to me your number of return in your purchase history i buy 65 items total in this month then if i get wrong product from your side then i will return it na but my account blocked from your side i sent many mails to them with brief description but they sent only one mail like they are not reading my mail or don't understand me i am a f plus user. Its not too easy be a f plus user without shopping.
