I want to return product but shopsy agent are don't approve the my request for return they are mark again and again and don't slove my problem it's only create problems and it's don't solve problem and they app shows it's solved problem it's fake and they are don't give my refund

I ordered the product but it's wrong product they deliver and I give the rise replacement for my order and it give me order but it time they are totally broken and I give again rise and pick up today but it's agent say its not match in give by company picture and don't pick up and they app doesn't not work today and don't show my account option it's glitch please help
