Changed the original order pack and replaced the roadside product and packed as if came from delivery partner, mesho is best, mantra is also, Amazon is also a best but shopsy is the big fraud and delivery boys of ekart is big fraud please dear public be aware of this scam

Give you zero rating for your delivery process it takes already 22 days to deliver delay order and now you say it takes more time about 7 days more to deliver parcel

Talked to the customer many times but my problem was not solved nor was any action taken on it. I had to write this mail because the condition given by your delivery person who came to give the delivery was not correct. The problem was the same even after ordering the mobile twice. I have been talking to the customer since 3 days but my complaint is not being registered nor is any action being taken. The delivery person is saying that no matter where you call, nothing will happen, now even I have started feeling this. Due to all this, my time was wasted and no one is counting the value of the trouble I faced. I hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

The Washington Manual Of Medical Therapeutics, has had pages of 1074 only which is very less from other supplier's supplied book. You did not mention the edition year at all. Just inscripted 35th edition only. Pl. clarify the same. I have yet to book the book after your clirifications. other house's book total pages have been 1438 nos.

I ordered vivo t4 phone on 9th August 2025 and paid a sum of 17826 and delivery date was the very next day but after 3 days pass i didn't receive my phone and when I try to contact Flipkart service they are not giving me right answer, I am anxious about my money, please resolve my issue.

The item was not delivered but it is showing as delivered, otherwise there would be no delivery, no call came, no OTP was taken and it is showing as delivered but I did not receive it

I have cancelled an order on 14th July,202/- rupees till now there wasn't any credit in my bank statement, and the cancelled order was showing refund completed.please refund my money as early as possible.

I requested a return ages ago, and while they keep claiming the pickup is arranged, it’s never actually happening. I’ve called their so-called customer service multiple times, and every single time they just parrot the same robotic line: “please wait till the timeline.”

To make matters worse, Muskan from their escalation team had the audacity to disconnect my call when I asked for the escalation email address. She told me it can’t be shared as per their policy, and when I demanded to know where this policy is documented, she casually replied, “It’s not.”

This is beyond unacceptable — it’s disrespectful, dishonest, and just outright shady. Avoid this site at all costs.
