I have orderd on 2 nov , ordere got placed and Product got dispatched with

Ekart Logistics - FMPC4228662303 got meseged to pay before the product Arrive, have paid the amount form Phone pay As per Phone it was clear amount was rcvd by Flip kart team , but at the time of Delivery Payment was not updated in the Order ID and they made me to cancell the order
still now i havent got the chance to check with them ,for my refund
can you please help e on this case

Its not too easy be a f plus user without shopping.

sir i paid amount to your wish master via phonepe but he said that amount is not received and he didn't deliver my product and when i lodge a complain regarding this than i got resolution date and when your concern team call me they told me that, that wish master is not our wish master so i called him back than he told me that i ekart's wish master and your employees told me that amount is not received when i shared this information with them. i think your team is not proper working they are giving fucking bullshit resolution
