I buy automatic washing machine .
I have worst experience ever .

Machine have problem in drier engineer came change pcu and panel but problem is same .
Uneducated and untrained team of haoer damaged the brand
Location haridwar manager Naved and engineer name is Abid who attend classes mpalint but they didn't under stand the probelm and make money and make fool to coutomer .
Still I have same problem of drier noise and they didn't able to resolve the problem

After purchase of your haier products the customer was asked to call the toll free number. When the customer calls simply receiving instructions to make WhatsApp No. When the customer make a call to the WhatsApp no they wont talk to the customer. Simply ask the details of the products. If the customer is an educated he will furnish the details through WhatsApp. What happened to the customer who dont have phone or sending WhatsApp and where he shall go. So I suggest to make necessary arrangements to talk with customer which is convenient to each and everybody. TQ

I have bought a hair washing machine 7.6 kg before 2 year . That is the worst model aur worst company for washing machine we called 100 times to service center but leakage problm of drangae not solved yet. We have paid two year amc also paid to company ..

It is inform you that I have purchased One top open 7kg washing Mchine from Haier company at Madanapalle, chittoor district Andhrapradesh. dated 30/5/2019 ofter 4days One Mechanic is coms to my home. He is not give Demo, ofter 7week is come onther Mechanic he is told New machine is problem One sensar is not working, neary one mont not resupand yur company. Dealer is not give courtect resupand. Please replesthe Wahing Mchine.

I have Haier semi automation top load washing machine. When using drier It gives hue noise which is not tolarable.

Dear Sir / Madam,
 It is inform you that I have purchased 
6 kg washing machine from Great Eastern ,Patna on October, 2016 under warranty of 5 years.  Today I call toll-free free no.for not working of my machine & I asked the executive what is need for service she reply ' only washing machine bill' and if any parts of changing that cost bear by me not any extra cost pay to mechanic.
Due to cutting of wire   machine not working and mechanic only joint the wire & insist me to pay service charge e.g.295/-.
Again I call toll-free free no for assurance to pay they replied me that executive in training period not know the terms and conditions of products and at last I have to paid the Service Charge. 
This is mental torture by your executive & waste of my time too. I have all bills & Conversation record if you need I'll attached. 

Requesting you to take necessary action of that executive & obliged.

i have called so many times to call centre but not response , i will call one serive man in vizianagaram to call him but not response, so please kindly arrange the technician as early as possible
