Maine 24 October 2023 ko 50inch LED li thi Haier ki usme starting se power panel m dikkat thi or led hang bhi ho rhi thi To mujhe laga reset karne p LED thik ho jayega lekin thik nhi hua. Ab Haier Vale mera Product change karne se mana kar rhe hai.1 mahine m LED Kharab ho gyi hai.

Ac fitting

Iam very disappointed with purchase a Ac on 17-04-2023. I had purchased from Eham Digital calicut they told me the installation will done with in 48 hrs. Still my installation is pending, iam also contacted nearest office yesterday they told me today technician will come. Today I dindint get any update from their side I contact them and they said that they have over workload so they can't install today. Is the way to treat a customer in Haier .

Microwave is not working- Complaint not yet resolved even after

Microwave is still not attended even after a month. Your service support is lying. Every day they are assuring that it will be attended today or tomorrow. But actually they are giving only false commitments. Very very bad experience about haier service centre. I have given various Complaints and enormous phone calls but my genuine problem is not yet resolved.
Above complaint has been re-opened. PU20221001000182 is the complaint number.
Above re-opened Complaint is also not yet resolved.
Please help me out.

Haier Service is very poor, fraud staff

I purchased AC a year ago, first year service is free noone came for it, they always says you have to pay visiting charges then only will do... After completing a year now AC not working properly.. less cooling, service person arrives and said need to change motor and you have to pay visiting charges and for parts as well first, when I told him that multifunctional parts are under warranty i confirmed from customer service, he called someone and after that he provided someone mobile number and leaves simply saying talk to them. Next day when I called he said complaint rejected because you refuses to pay. I don't know exactly what Haier Senior level employees are doing, frustrated from Haier Service... Till the date I am waiting for AC parts. In this hot summer i have to wait only, in winter i will use.

Worst services ever

I bought Haier Air Conditioner(HSU18NFG3) on 1st June 2018 with which I paid additional for Comprehensive AMC_Three Year which ends on 15-09-2022. My requests to customer service was transferred to Sohail Khan and despite my repeated requests about issues of my AC he sent team to visit my home and checked AC. After analysing issue, Sohail's team took some parts to replace and it's been a week since i had any word with them. When I am trying to call him and he is not responding(ignoring my calls) and i am unable to reach them.

This is the worst company ever and i would never recommend this company to anyone in future since their product quality is poor and more than that their services are the worst in appliances companies.

2ND FREE SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED

I HAD PURCHASED HAIER AC 1.5 TON ON MARCH 2021 , FIRST FREE SERVICE HAD BEEN DONE ON TIME, BUT 2ND FREE SERVICE IS DONE OVER IN CALLS ONLY , FIRSTLY CALL CAME FROM SERVICE CENTER BHILAI, AND THEY FIXED THE DATE AND TIME FOR AC SERVICING, BUT NO ONE CAME FROM COMPANY , NEXT TIME I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTER BHILAI FOR KNOWING THE STATUS OF AC SERVICING, THAN AGAIN FIX NEXT APPOINTMENT FOR AC SERVICING , THAN NO ONE STILL CAME FOR SERVICING , THAN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER FEW DAYS , THAN THEY ARE REFUSED TO DOING A FREE SERVICE BECAUSE ONE YEAR HAS BEEN COMPLITED ,SO THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GIVE CHARGES FOR SERVICING. ITS TOTALY UNFAIR. BAD SERVICE .

Ire with Haier

Hello all. I bought a Haier fridge just over a month ago. We could not install it immediately as our expected home renovation completion got delayed (due to Covid Issues). I told them there will be a delay from my side. Now they say they will charge for the demo as the billing of the product is more than 30 days ago. I asked to speak to their supervisor, I was told I'll get a call back. They didn't call back for more than 48 hours. After that I called again. Same response. But this time the "supervisor" spoke to me. His net response was " The delay is from your end. We were ready. But you were not. Now pay." Haier or Ire.

This is the worst company ive used so far. I bought double door haier fridge in 2017....and its not even 3 years passed it started showing issues....for the past one year am fed up repeatedly callng service guys who have no idea what the issue is and keep visiting evry month. With poor company comes worse service for free. Either am filling a complaint in consumer court or throwing this garbage out.

Poor Product and Service Quality- Haier Refrigerator

I, Pradeep Sharma, purchased Haier Refrigerator model no HRB-738GG on 29th Jan 2017 by paying a handsome price of Rs 94500/-. I am based out in Goregaon Mumbai. I also took extended warranty for 3 years while buying the Refrigerator by paying additional Rs 8950. First 1.50 year it functioned very well and we were very happy on our decision but from last one year the Refrigerator started giving trouble with fluctuating temperature, no cooling. I would have made many complaints (Giving few complaint nos- MU20190317103700 / MU20190328109926 / MU20190605102573 / MU20190914110967 / MU20190203100242 / MU20190223103607 ) in last 1 year on customer care deptt. Every time one new technician will come, do some thing and go away saying that observe for few days and again the same thing. we have been fed up with the service level and with the poor quality of the product and suffering for last one year. Company has no concern that this product is giving continuous problem for last one year then how to resolve this and leaving the customer suffer after taking premium price for the product and services. Technician says there is some issue in this piece itself but does not say it officially and only shows syspathy and leave the customer to suffer. Technicians have spoiled the refrigerator completely by opening no. of times , mishandled it so badly, with no result. Even once a person came from factory , as was told but then again problem is not resolved.

Regretting my decision of going with Haier brand...…..poor product quality and service...

I am evaluating my options of filing a complaint before Consumer Court for poor product quality, poor customer service and cheating.

Technical person came to check the temperature and went back without informing the readings. Surprisingly, I got the message of complaint closure thereafter. This is the quality of customer service. The complaint got closed without feedback from the customer and without taking the code from customer. This is happening for last 1.50 years . Every time, complaints are closed unilaterally without ensuing that the complaint is resolved and even no feedback is taken from customer.
